Aniol Brosa joined Inveready in 2021 as a Partner, leading the Digital Technology Venture Capital funds and serving on the Executive Committee. He previously spent over a decade as a founder and CEO of three ventures (one acquired into Inveready's portfolio), and earlier worked at Accenture, Sabadell Bank, and private equity fund L Capital (now Catterton). He holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and an economics degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

Borja Fernández joined Inveready in 2024 as General Partner and head of the Inveready Club Deal team, bringing over 25 years of experience in private equity, M&A, and financing across more than 35 transactions. He previously held executive roles at Ahorro Corporación, Via Celere, Metrovacesa, Caser, and Alantra, and serves on the board and audit committee of Codere Online (Nasdaq).

Josep Maria Echarri is the founding partner and CEO of Inveready, an investment firm managing over €2.5 billion across a portfolio of 200 companies. With more than 20 years of experience in investment and corporate finance, he previously served as Vice Chairman of MásMóvil, where he led strategic acquisitions and oversaw the company's 2017 IPO and subsequent take-private transaction. He holds a degree in Economics and Actuarial Sciences from the University of Barcelona and a Master's in Financial Management from ESADE.

Founding partner and CEO of Inveready, overseeing a portfolio of over €2.5 billion across 200 public and private companies. He has more than 20 years of experience in investment, corporate finance, and business development, and served as Vice Chairman of MásMóvil and on boards including Atrys Health, Audax Renovables, Parlem Telecom, and Oryzon Genomics. He holds a BSc in Economics and Actuarial Sciences from the University of Barcelona and a Master's in Financial Management from ESADE.

Brings around 20 years of private banking experience at firms including Deutsche Bank, Banco Banif, Inversis, and Andbank España, where he was Managing Director. He also held roles as a board member at Columbus Asesores Patrimoniales EAFI in Mexico and Vice President at Merchbank. He holds an Economics degree from Complutense University of Madrid and a Master's in Stock and Financial Markets from IEB.

Carlos Conti leads the Private Equity division at Inveready, which since 2019 has run a flexible sector and investment-structure strategy, with investments including GIGAS Hosting, Orgoa, Alda Hotels and Conversia, where he serves as a board member. He previously worked at UBS (Latin American M&A) in New York, BNP Paribas (Structured Finance) in Paris and JPMorgan (Equity Capital Markets) in London, and holds an MBA from IESE and a degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Bath.

Eduard Feliu joined Inveready in 2019 as CFO and General Partner, overseeing financial structure and efficiency across the group, and currently serves as CEO of Arraigo. Before Inveready he spent over 14 years auditing financial institutions, primarily at Deloitte and PwC.

Sara Secall is a Partner in Life Sciences at Inveready focused on building a biomedical and health company portfolio. She brings over two decades of venture capital and business development experience across Silicon Valley and Spain, including involvement in launching and financing more than 25 technology-based companies and serving as an independent expert for the European Commission. Prior to her MBA, she worked as an environmental sciences consultant for firms including Dames and Moore, the International Finance Corporation, and the World Bank across North America and Latin America.

Investment Director who joined Inveready in 2019 and has taken part in investments across more than 20 companies plus several divestments, handling deal analysis, due diligence coordination, and portfolio management. He sits on the boards of Nanoligent, Atlas Molecular Pharma, Galgo Medical, and StereoDive, and previously worked in technology transfer and business development. He holds a Biotechnology degree and an MSc in Management of Biomedical Companies from the University of Barcelona.

Javier Borrero joined Inveready in 2024 as Director of Investments on the Inveready Club Deal team, bringing over a decade of experience in private equity and M&A from firms including Arcano Partners, Deutsche Bank, Alantra, and Accenture. Based in Madrid, he supports direct investment execution and oversees Club Deal portfolio companies.

Adrián Macho joined Inveready in 2020 and works within the Venture Debt and GAEA investment teams. He previously worked at CAPZA, a private equity and private debt fund focused on the lower-mid market, and holds a double degree in Business Administration and Law from ICADE.

Alain Marxuach joined Inveready in 2024 as an Investment Associate on the Inveready Club Deal team, analyzing investment opportunities, managing portfolio companies, and advising Club Deal investors. He previously worked in M&A and spent over two years in private equity at Ahorro Corporación, and holds a business administration degree from ICADE and Lancaster University.

Alba joined Inveready in 2026 as part of the Life Sciences Venture Capital fund, contributing to deal flow, investment analysis, portfolio management, and reporting. She previously worked as a Process Expert Trainee at Siegfried S.L. and holds a Biotechnology degree from IQS and a Master's in Pharma-Biotech Business Management from the University of Navarra.

Alejandro López joined Inveready in 2025 within its Private Equity division, working on dealflow investment analysis and portfolio management. He previously interned as an M&A analyst at BNP Paribas covering Iberia and in private equity at Advent International, and began his career as a consultant at Management Solutions. He holds a Master's in Corporate Finance from ISBIF Business School and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from URJC.

Andrea Amador joined Inveready in 2025 to support the Compliance team. She previously handled AML/CFT and compliance at Institut Català de Finances (ICF) and worked as a compliance analyst at Cobega and Vallbanc (Crèdit Andorrà). She holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona and a Corporate Compliance Program diploma from Esade, with CESCOM compliance certification.

Joined Inveready in 2024 within the Venture Debt fund, working on deal flow investment analysis, portfolio management, and reporting. Previously an M&A FIG analyst at KPMG Deal Advisory, with prior internships at Barclays and Deloitte. Holds a double degree in Industrial Technologies Engineering and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.

Carlos Hernanz joined Inveready in 2026 as Fundraising Manager, supporting fundraising strategy, investor relations, and expanding the firm's network of institutional and private investors in alternative assets. He previously held investor relations and communications roles at Terram Capital and Atitlan, and spent over 20 years as a financial journalist and founding team member at El Confidencial.

David González joined Inveready Group in 2022 on the Operations team, handling financial control, accounting, and investor reporting for a group company. He previously worked as a fiscal manager at BGO Legal and Viola Perez and Associates, and holds a Business Administration degree from EAE Business School and a Master of Finance from the Barcelona Institute of Financial Studies.

Eduardo Blasi joined Inveready in early 2024 and works within the Life Sciences Venture Capital fund on deal flow analysis, portfolio management and reporting. He previously interned at Clearwater International, Amazon and Accenture, and holds a master's in management from HEC Paris plus engineering degrees from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

Ernest joined Inveready in 2022 and works with the digital tech venture capital fund on dealflow analysis, portfolio management, reporting, and tech and data initiatives. He previously worked as a strategy analyst at Accenture Strategy and holds a degree in Industrial Technologies Engineering & Economic Analysis.

Ignacio Fonts has been with Inveready since 2010, where he has held several roles including CEO and head of the firm's IT practice. As Non-Executive Chairman, he now focuses on internal operations, leading areas such as AI strategy and Compliance. Before Inveready, he spent 25 years at Hewlett Packard, rising to Vice President of several businesses in both Spain and the USA, where he lived for four years while managing the Inkjet Supplies business for HP's printing division. Inveready, founded in 2008, is a multi-strategy alternative investment manager based in Spain.

Joan Matons joined Inveready in 2026 as an investment analyst on the venture capital team, working on dealflow analysis, portfolio management and reporting. He previously worked as a business intelligence consultant at SDG Group and holds an Engineering Physics degree from UPC and a master's in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management from Bocconi.

Joan Miralles joined Inveready in 2019 and leads administration and valuation. He previously worked as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte in Spain and holds a Bachelor and MBA in Business Administration from ESADE.

Joined Inveready in 2024 with the Venture Debt fund, working on deal flow investment analysis, portfolio management, and reporting. Previously worked at S&A Financial Advisory on M&A and debt restructuring, and held consulting and market risk roles. Holds a Business Administration degree and a Master's in Data Science from CUNEF.

Mar Fernández joined Inveready in 2022 as Marketing and Communications Manager, having previously held communications and project management roles at KIM and CreaCiencia. She holds a master's in Corporate Communication and a science degree, along with a course in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Università Bocconi.

Mare Martínez leads Inveready's R&D&I tax lease instrument, focusing on financial support for companies developing research and technologically disruptive projects. She previously served as Technical Director of public grants and tax incentive consulting at Atomm Partners and Head of startups and tax lease at FI Group, and has been a partner at Inveready Capital Company Madrid since 2016. She holds a telecommunications engineering degree and has nearly 20 years of consulting experience.

Investment analyst focused on life sciences venture capital who contributes to deal flow, investment analysis, and portfolio management. She previously worked as a healthcare analyst at Ship2B Ventures and conducted research at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Bellvitge, holding a biology degree with specialization in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Barcelona.

Previously a Healthcare Analyst at Ship2B Ventures and a researcher at the Bellvitge Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. Pablo joined Inveready in 2026 as part of the Private Equity team, supporting evaluation, execution and monitoring of investments. He previously worked at Charme Capital Partners, Kenta Capital and NTT Data, and holds a double degree in Business and Law from Universidad Complutense plus a Master's in M&A, Private Equity and Corporate Finance from ISBIF Finance School.

Pilar Conde joined Inveready in 2023 as an Executive Assistant supporting the Madrid office and its partners as well as other offices. She previously worked as an Office Manager at Delaw Firm Legal Services, a Madrid law and tax firm, and holds degrees in protocol/event management and tourism.

Roger Font joined Inveready in 2026 as an Investment Analyst on the Venture Capital team, working on dealflow, investment analysis, portfolio management, and reporting. He previously worked as a strategy and business consultant at NTT DATA and holds an Industrial Technologies Engineering degree from UPC.
