Moshic Mor is a General Partner at aMoon, where he co-leads Velocity, its early-stage fund for healthcare technology. He co-founded SPL WorldGroup in 1993 and served as CEO until 2000, growing it to 1,000 employees before its 2003 acquisition by Oracle, then spent 19 years at Greylock Partners, co-founding Greylock Israel (now 83North) in 2006 and serving as a venture partner from 2012 to 2019. He holds a BS in Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Reut Shema is a Partner at aMoon and a scientist by training who sources and leads investments in science-driven companies. She joined aMoon in May 2018 and helps lead aMoon Edge, the firm's public equity fund. Before aMoon, she was a VP of Business Development and scientific advisor at Greenfield Partners, and she previously conducted research at Harvard, MIT's Broad Institute, and the Weizmann Institute, where she completed her PhD; she holds a BSc in Biology and Psychology from Tel Aviv University.

Roy Wiesner is a Partner at aMoon Velocity, where he leads deal teams and sourcing and heads StarFinder Lab, aMoon's collaboration with Roche Diagnostics. He has nearly 20 years of investment experience, working first as an M&A and private equity lawyer in New York, Hong Kong, and Tel Aviv, and later as a venture capitalist, including as CEO of Hutchison Kinrot, an incubator and seed investor in water technologies and cleantech owned by CK Hutchison Holdings. He holds an LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a dual MPA from the London School of Economics and Columbia University, and is a certified lawyer in Israel and New York.

Todd Sone is a General Partner at aMoon who co-leads the firm's Growth team and has more than 25 years of healthcare investment experience across sell-side, LP, and buy-side roles. He was previously a Managing Director at Signet Healthcare Partners and an Investment Director at the family office Joddes, and earlier worked as an equity analyst covering US pharmaceuticals at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs and as a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting. He holds a B.Com from the University of Toronto and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Tomer Berkovitz is a Managing Partner at aMoon, which he joined in February 2018, focusing on investments at the intersection of healthcare and technology. He previously worked as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan in New York, where he led healthcare within the Corporate Finance Advisory team, and later served as CFO and COO of Alcobra, a NASDAQ-listed biopharmaceutical company. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Columbia Business School, as well as a B.A. in Economics and Management and an M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.

Yair Schindel is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of aMoon, which he co-founded in 2017. A physician by training, he previously served as founding CEO of Digital Israel within the Prime Minister's Office and as CEO of Startup Nation Central. He earned his BSc and MD from Ben-Gurion University's Goldman Medical School and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and served for five years as a physician with IDF Special Forces.

Yaron Daniely is a General Partner at aMoon, where he co-leads Velocity, an early-stage fund focused on cutting-edge technologies aimed at accelerating cures. Before aMoon, he was President and CEO of Yissum, Hebrew University's technology transfer company, and Co-Chairperson of the Israel Technology Transfer Network, following 14 years as a senior executive (10 as CEO) at private and NASDAQ-traded biopharma and biotech companies. He holds a PhD from the Sackler Institute of Graduate Biomedical Sciences at NYU School of Medicine and an MBA from the Technion.

Adam Kotzen is a Principal at aMoon Growth, where he focuses on identifying and evaluating late-stage investment opportunities using his background in finance and strategic analysis. He previously worked as an investment banker at Credit Suisse on M&A in African markets, including advising Anglo American Platinum on the disposal of certain South African mining assets, and later worked in Corporate Development at ADAMA Agricultural Solutions. He holds a Business Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Cape Town.

Osnat Hakimi serves as Vice President of Business Development at Ramot, Tel Aviv University's technology transfer organization. She brings experience as a late-stage investor in MedTech and biopharma with background in R&D, operational translation, and work spanning both private industry and academic settings. Her investment focus areas include cardiology, precision oncology, biomaterials, and AI-driven discovery.

Tamir Maixner is a Principal at aMoon Growth, where he focuses on late-stage HealthTech investments and works with portfolio management teams on value creation. He has been with aMoon since its founding. Before entering venture capital, he served six years as an officer in the Israeli Navy's Shayetet 13 unit. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an MA in Finance and an LLB in Law from Reichman University in Israel.

Avital Adler is a principal at Arkin Bio Ventures within Arkin Capital, where she leads early and late-stage investments. She previously spent four years at aMoon as a scientific and business diligence lead for biotech and diagnostics investments and helped establish aMoon Edge, the firm's public markets platform. Adler holds a PhD in Neural Computation from the Hebrew University, conducted postdoctoral research at NYU Medical Center, and has authored 21 peer-reviewed publications.

Daniel Sass is a South African-trained physician who earned his medical degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and trained in Emergency Medicine through the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa, practicing in emergency departments in Cape Town. He moved to Israel in 2021 to pursue an MBA in Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation at Tel Aviv University, and previously served as Director of Sales and Business Development at Pheno.AI. At aMoon he evaluates late-stage investment opportunities for the firm's Growth Fund.

David Esra is an Analyst at aMoon Velocity, where he evaluates early-stage investment opportunities and contributes to the firm's internal value-creation team, Alpha, which supports portfolio companies. Trained as a medical doctor, he earned his MD from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and worked for two years in public hospitals around Cape Town, including Groote Schuur Hospital. He applies this clinical background to his work in life sciences investing.

Hagai Marmor-Kollet is an Associate at aMoon Growth, where he sources and evaluates late-stage investment opportunities in life science tools and diagnostics. He previously served as Platform Team Lead at 1E Therapeutics working on oligonucleotide-based therapies, and contributed to cancer diagnostic test development at Rosetta Genomics. He holds an MSc and PhD from the Weizmann Institute of Science and was later a staff scientist at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, leading translational research in neurodegeneration and pain.

Osnat Tirosh is Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff at aMoon, where she leads people strategy and organizational planning. She has over two decades of human capital leadership experience with high-growth global technology companies, previously serving as Chief People and Corporate Development Officer at Cellebrite and in leadership roles at Better Place, Passave, PMC-Sierra, NLayers, and Pixel. She is a certified life and business coach and holds an MSc in Management Engineering from the University of Bridgeport.

Patrick Rivers is a Portfolio Manager for aMoon Edge, overseeing the fund's public healthcare investments and leading private therapeutics investments for aMoon Growth. Before joining aMoon in August 2024, he was Managing Director and Head of Research at Aquilo Capital Management, a biotechnology-focused investment fund concentrating on small- and mid-cap public therapeutics companies. He earlier worked as a bench scientist in drug development at Xoma, Exelixis, and Sutro Biopharma, and holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from UCLA.

Rey Mozer is an Associate at aMoon Growth, where she sources and evaluates late-stage investments in HealthTech and MedTech and works with management teams on growth. Before aMoon, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company advising MedTech, digital health, and healthcare organizations, and earlier practiced as a pediatric radiologist at Boston Children's Hospital / Harvard Medical School and Tufts Medical Center. She holds an MD from Yale School of Medicine, an MBA from the Wharton School, and a BA in Biology from Cornell University, with residency and fellowship training at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Boston Children's Hospital.

Shachar Elias is an intern at aMoon Growth, supporting the team in analyzing investment opportunities and market trends. He previously worked as an analyst at a family office focused on real estate transactions and financial analysis, and served four years in the IDF's Maglan Commando Unit as a fighter and commander. He is pursuing a B.A. in Economics and Entrepreneurship at Tel Aviv University on a merit scholarship.

Sharon Feldman is an investment analyst at aMoon focused on evaluating and supporting healthcare companies. Before joining the firm, she founded and led the Jerusalem chapter of Nucleate Israel, building a life sciences community connecting researchers, entrepreneurs, clinicians, and investors, and worked on translating academic science into venture-backed opportunities. She previously served as Head Teaching Assistant in Biochemistry at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and as an elected representative on the Junior Academic Staff Union Board.
