The Android app reports more than 100,000 downloads. The Italian website states that more than 10,000 new job sites are opened in Mela each month. The company claims outcomes including checklist completion by voice in 30 seconds, import of 1,000 bill-of-quantities lines in one click, monthly invoice reconciliation in five minutes, a 30% increase in profit per work site, a 50% reduction in operational workload and a 50% reduction in construction delays.
