Rita Ferrante has served as an assistant at Fondo Italiano d'Investimento SGR since April 2021. Before joining the firm, she spent over twenty years as a parliamentary assistant supporting institutional figures across parliamentary and governmental bodies, coordinating and managing secretarial activities. She holds a Master's degree in Cultural Heritage Conservation from the University "Suor Orsola Benincasa" of Naples and has completed additional advanced training.

Sabrina Cistola works as an AML Specialist in the Risk & Compliance Department at Fondo Italiano d'Investimento SGR, a role she began in June 2025.
