Ariel Anati is a General Partner and head of the investment team at Catalyst Private Equity, a firm with $450M in assets under management focused on late-stage technology investments through primary and secondary transactions. His investments include Otorio, acquired by Armis in 2025, and Rewire, acquired by Remitly in 2023. Anati also serves as a Senior Advisor to the Israeli Government Companies Authority on privatizations and public offerings for state-owned enterprises, and as an adjunct professor of finance and head of the private capital program at Reichman University; he holds a dual MBA from Columbia and London business schools, an M.A. in financial economics from Reichman University, an M.A. in law studies from Bar Ilan University, and a B.A. in psychology and communications from the Open University.

Aron Pacifici is Marketing Manager at Cukierman & Co. Investment House, where his work also covers Catalyst Investments, the Catalyst Investors' Club, and the GoforIsrael Conferences. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Reichman University (IDC). His background includes digital marketing and social media management.

Cherry Tang is a Senior Associate at HKSTP – Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, where she focuses on venture capital investments. She previously held roles at Sino Group, China Everbright, and UBS Direct Investments Group. Tang graduated from the University of Warwick in 2021.

Daniel Elfen is a Senior Partner at Catalyst Investments. He previously served as a chief executive officer and holds an MBA and the CFA designation. His work focuses on startup investing.

Gil Rabbi is the founder of Storycards, a no-code, AI-powered platform for data collection aimed at enterprises. He previously founded Rabbi Interactive, a technology agency that built interactive and real-time participation formats for media and entertainment brands including Rising Star, Eurovision, and Caracol TV, as well as Crowdr, a technology for transferring data between smartphones without internet. He has worked in digital product development for over 20 years and has been recognized among Israel's 40 Under Forty and Top 100 Digital Leaders.

Joel Adler is a Partner in Mishcon Private at Mishcon de Reya, where his work covers corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and IPOs on the London Stock Exchange. He advises international entrepreneurs and large global companies on cross-border transactions, and serves on the advisory boards of two high-tech investment funds. He holds an LLB from Bar Ilan University in Israel and a Master's Degree in Law from London University, and is fluent in German and Hebrew.

Liat Soffer is Chief Financial Officer at Catalyst Investments. She has held finance leadership positions, including CFO, VP Finance, Controller, and Board Secretary, at companies such as Pango International, Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics (Nasdaq: BCLI), ForeScout, and Maximal. Her areas of experience include accounting, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, IPOs, transfer pricing, and risk management across high-tech, biotech, and startup companies, with knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.

Maria Ameli is Head of Wealth Advisory at Banca Generali and Consigliere Delegato at Generfid, and serves as a board member of Agorai Innovation Hub. Her work in the financial services industry covers business planning, asset management, mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, and risk management.

Yael Rubinson is a content creator based in Israel who serves as Content Director at Catalyst Investors' Club. Her work has included developing online digital classes for nurses and doctors, as well as editing student films, music videos, and personal video projects.
