Gabriel Hammond graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2001 and began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Energy & Power Group. In 2004 he founded SteelPath, an energy infrastructure investment firm, and Alerian, an energy infrastructure data and analytics company that launched the first real-time index of master limited partnerships; he later sold SteelPath to OppenheimerFunds in 2012 and Alerian in 2018. He founded Emles Advisors in 2019, where he is CEO, and holds a Masters in Psychology from Harvard University.

Emanuel Zareh holds a BA from Colgate University (2001) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (2007). He began his career in Morgan Stanley's M&A group, then worked with the NFL alongside league executives, and later held roles at hedge funds including Andor Capital, Clovis Capital, Sandler Capital, and Hutchin Hill Capital, focusing on special situations. From 2016 to 2019 he was a founding member and Managing Director at Bayfield Court Capital Management before joining Emles Advisors in 2019.

Carson Wise is head of operations for Exploration Surf, a global real estate development company. He previously worked with local municipalities on water consumption, soil conditions, and reducing ocean and watershed runoff, and earlier surfed professionally for eight years and worked as a clinical nutritionist advising on sustainable farming. He began his career at a startup called Nutralabs and holds a BA from California State University.

Marlon Lipke is head of development for HWL Surf, S.A., a European real estate development company. A professional surfer, he became WSL European Open Champion and competed on the WSL World Tour. He has also worked as an entrepreneur across sustainable coffee, consumer goods, and social media, and is active in ocean protection and sustainability efforts.

Shawn Lin earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in May 2021 and is a licensed New York State attorney. He served as a legal and compliance extern at Emles Advisors LLC in spring 2021, and previously participated in the Venable-NYLS program, interning with a corporate law practice group. During law school he was involved with the Asian American Law Students Association and the New York Law School Center for Business and Financial Law.

Vasco Varela manages operations for HWL Surf, S.A., a European real estate development company. He holds a degree in management and business administration, and previously managed shopping centers for Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE, as well as led the development, construction, and operation of the WoW Porto theme park by The Fladgate Partnership group. His background also includes hospitality, retail operations, and project management, with involvement in mixed-use developments including luxury hotels and a cultural and congress center in Portugal.
