Investment thesis
Feelsgood is an impact investor that manages the Feelsgood Social Impact Investment Fund, approved by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency in June 2020. It targets Croatian and Slovenian ventures with typical private equity/venture capital for-profit aims — commercial business models, strong management teams and readiness to scale — while requiring measurable social impact aligned with one or more of the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals. The fund treats measurable impact as a conscious, sustainable component of portfolio companies' business strategies. It is backed by InnovFin Equity with EU support under Horizon 2020 and the European Fund for Strategic Investments, plus the Pan-European Guarantee Fund.
