It aims to make broad impact by normalizing diverse demographic composition across portfolio company employees, boards, advisors and investors; creating carry-holding 'VC-in-Residence' positions to open career paths into venture for people who lack access; and diversifying its limited partner base while providing them with investing, operating, and leadership development programming.
