Scott Halsted is a founder and Managing Partner at Revelation Partners, where he oversees the firm's investment process, operations, and limited partnership relationships alongside Mike Boggs. He has invested in emerging healthcare companies for over 35 years across medical technology, health-tech, diagnostics, healthcare services, and therapeutics, and previously spent 1987 to 2007 as a Managing Member and co-head of the healthcare practice at Morgan Stanley Ventures. He earlier worked in product design and business development at Intermedics Orthopedics and Hexcel Medical, and holds degrees from Northwestern University and Dartmouth College, including a biomechanical engineering degree from Dartmouth's Thayer School of Engineering.

Doug Fisher joined Revelation Partners in 2020 and invests in biopharma, diagnostics, and medical devices, drawing on roughly 20 years of investment experience. He previously served as Partner and Executive in Residence at InterWest Partners, as a vice president at New Leaf Venture Partners, and as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group working with pharmaceutical clients. He holds an AB in economics and a BS in biology from Stanford, an MD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and an MBA from Wharton.

Eric Shiozaki joined Revelation Partners in 2024, where he identifies and leads new investment opportunities with a focus on biopharma and medical devices. He was previously a Partner at DCVC Bio, where he led early-stage biotechnology investments, and a Partner at Novo Ventures, where he built the firm's public equities strategy in therapeutics and medical devices. Fred Lee joined Revelation Partners in 2018 and works on identifying and leading new investment opportunities and managing the firm's industry relationships, drawing on more than 19 years in healthcare. He previously served as a Managing Director in the Life Sciences Group at Bridge Bank, executing venture debt investments across healthcare sectors, and began his career in Citi's Healthcare Investment Banking group advising on M&A and financing transactions. Jon Au joined Revelation Partners in 2026 and focuses on Fund Manager Solutions, identifying and leading new investment opportunities and managing the firm's industry relationships. He has more than 15 years of experience in private equity secondaries and credit, previously serving as a Managing Director at CVC Secondary Partners, where he worked on GP-led secondaries in business services and healthcare, and at Goldman Sachs, where he co-led the GP-led Liquidity Solutions vertical within the Vintage Strategies secondaries group. He earlier worked in leveraged finance origination at HSBC Securities and restructuring advisory at Perella Weinberg Partners, and holds a dual BA in Biology and Economics from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Liz Staley joined Revelation Partners in 2021 and has provided the firm with compliance program services since 2014 through prior roles at Leerink Capital Partners and Silicon Valley Bank. She has over 25 years of financial services experience, including more than 20 years in compliance, with earlier positions as Senior Compliance Officer at Hermes Fund Managers, Compliance Officer and Fund Administrator at Summit Partners, and Portfolio Assistant at Eaton Vance Management. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Emmanuel College and completed the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional program.

Prashant Gangwal joined Revelation Partners in 2026 and has over 20 years of experience spanning venture capital, financial services, and asset management, with a focus on finance and operational infrastructure. He previously served as CFO at Altos Ventures and as CFO and Chief Compliance Officer at NewView Capital, where he was part of the founding team. Earlier, he held finance leadership roles at SharesPost and spent more than a decade at Deloitte & Touche LLP advising financial services clients; he holds a Master of Accountancy from Miami University (Ohio) and degrees in commerce from the University of Madras.

Rob Rein joined Revelation Partners in 2023 and supports the firm's sourcing and transaction execution, drawing on more than 10 years of investing and consulting experience. He previously was a Vice President at Wells Fargo Strategic Capital, where he helped deploy over $100 million of equity and debt into healthcare companies across venture, growth, and middle-market stages, and he began his career as a management consultant in Oliver Wyman's Health & Life Sciences Practice. He holds a BA in Government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Chris Bayliss joined Revelation Partners in 2024, where he focuses on sourcing opportunities, conducting diligence, and leading transaction execution. He previously worked as a Vice President at SoftBank, contributing to its healthcare technology investments, and earlier held roles as an Analyst at Marcato Capital Management and on Barclays' Natural Resources M&A team. He holds a BSE in Civil Engineering and a BS in Economics from Duke University.

Colleen Hochberger joined Revelation Partners in 2020, where she handles firmwide marketing, investor relations, and office operations. Earlier in her career she launched a beverage brand distributed in California, worked as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Phaidon Press, and contributed as an editor at Artspace. She holds a BA in Art History from Skidmore College.

Garrett Brown joined Revelation Partners in 2022, where he works on transaction execution and diligence. He previously was a consultant at Bluestar BioAdvisors focused on strategy and market assessments for biopharma and medical device companies, served as Operations Lead at MARGIN (a medical supply purchasing platform), and conducted digital healthcare investment due diligence at Hikma Ventures. He holds a BS in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Columbia University's School of Engineering and a BA in Chemistry from Bard College.

Jordan Bloom joined Revelation Partners in 2026, where she focuses on transaction execution and diligence. She previously worked on the secondaries team at Carlyle AlpInvest handling diligence and structuring, and before that was a Private Equity Associate at Audax Private Equity and an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies. She holds a BA in Mathematics and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.

Keegan Hasson joined Revelation Partners in 2023, where he supports the firm's sourcing and transaction execution work. He previously worked as an Associate in Goldman Sachs's Healthcare Investment Banking group, working on M&A, separations, and financing transactions. He holds a dual BS in Economics and Computer Science from Duke University.

Vicky Valverde joined Revelation Partners in 2024, where she works on transaction execution and diligence. She previously worked on the healthcare team at NEA, conducting diligence and supporting digital health portfolio companies, and began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs within its Healthcare Group focused on M&A advisory. She holds an MS in Bioinformatics and a BS in Bioengineering from Stanford University.
