Investment thesis

Revelation Partners invests in rapidly growing, late-stage private healthcare companies across medical devices, biopharmaceuticals, healthcare technology and services, and life science tools and diagnostics. It specializes in creating customized secondary and structured solutions that provide liquidity for both common and preferred shares while aligning shareholders who have differing time horizons. The firm transacts with a broad range of counterparties, including companies raising growth capital, founders, venture and private equity funds, corporate investors, early employees, and angel investors seeking liquidity. It can acquire all share classes, LP interests, partner with GPs, or indirectly acquire interests.
