Chantal Thibault leads the legal team at OMERS Private Equity, handling legal and compliance matters for investments globally, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, and fund investments. She joined OMERS Private Equity in April 2007, having previously served as legal counsel at a Canadian private equity firm and practised corporate and securities law at Goodmans LLP in Toronto. She holds an LL.L/LL.B from the University of Ottawa and the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Geoffrey Bird is a Managing Director at OMERS Private Equity and Head of Business Services, based in New York. He focuses on new investments in the business services and healthcare services sectors. He joined OMERS in 2007 and previously worked in Ernst & Young's Corporate Finance group in Toronto. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University, is a CPA, and is a CFA charterholder.

Michael Lank joined OMERS Private Equity in 2006 to build the Operations and Strategy team, where he works with investment and management teams to assess new investments and execute value-creation plans across Canada, the U.S., and Europe. He previously led the VoIP business at TELUS and worked at the Boston Consulting Group on strategy and operational engagements, beginning his career at a private equity boutique focused on Mexico and the U.S. He holds a BA from Queen's University and an IMBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Conor Malloy is a Managing Director at OMERS Private Equity in New York, focused on originating, executing, and managing private equity investments, having joined in October 2022. He was previously a Principal at Liberty Hall Capital Partners working on leveraged buyouts and portfolio company support, and earlier held roles as an Associate at MidOcean Partners and in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Brown University.

James McGlynn is a Managing Director at OMERS Private Equity, where he has worked since 2009. He currently serves on the board of Premise Health Inc. and has previously been involved with Logibec Inc., MatrixCare Inc., Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. and CBI Health Group. Jeff Kahn is a Managing Director at OMERS Private Equity's New York office, which he joined in 2017, where he works on originating, executing, and managing private equity investments. He was involved in the acquisition of Alexander Mann Solutions and is part of the Inmar asset management team. He previously worked as a Senior Associate at Sun Capital Partners and began his career in healthcare investment banking at Robert W. Baird. He holds degrees in Quantitative Economics and Philosophy from Tufts University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Lane McDonald is Managing Director, Operations & Strategy at OMERS Private Equity, which she joined in 2022, working with investment and management teams to evaluate new investments and drive value-creation priorities. She previously led Financials, Business Services and Education for the Industry Value Creation team at Partners Group and helped build the Portfolio Strategy & Operations team at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. Her earlier career included operations and strategy roles at Ropes & Gray, JetBlue Airways, American Express, Delta Air Lines, and Bain & Company; she holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Matt Baird is Managing Director, Operations & Strategy for OMERS Private Equity in Europe, having joined in April 2017, where he works with management teams of portfolio companies to build value over the investment lifecycle. He previously served as a Managing Director in Alvarez & Marsal's Private Equity Performance Improvement practice, including interim CFO/COO roles, and earlier worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and began his career at Arthur Andersen. He holds a Masters in Engineering, Economics & Management from Oxford University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Neil Bansal is a Managing Director, Operations & Strategy at OMERS Private Equity's New York office, which he joined in November 2023, where he works with portfolio company management teams on value-creation priorities and digital acceleration. He previously served as the first Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer for Foot Locker, SVP of Strategy, Insights & Analytics for Constellation Brands, and Managing Director & Head of Transformation for BNP Paribas in the US, with earlier roles at JP Morgan, McKinsey & Company, Bank of America, and Citigroup. He holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from Brown University.

Teresa Lee is a Managing Director at OMERS Private Equity, where she works on growth and buyout healthcare investing across North America. She joined OMERS in 2007 and previously worked at KPMG Corporate Finance and KPMG's financial institution assurance practices in Toronto and London. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Business Valuator and CPA.

Tyler Craig is Managing Director, Debt Capital Markets and Business Development at OMERS Private Equity, where he oversees the firm's debt financing activities for new and existing investments and manages its financing relationships. He joined the firm in September 2021 after nearly 20 years in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets in New York, most recently on the Leveraged Finance team. He holds a BSBA from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.

Andrew Peel is Managing Director, Legal at OMERS Private Equity, where he handles legal matters for new platform acquisitions, supports portfolio companies, and provides in-house legal support. He previously served as corporate counsel at OMERS Administration Corporation and practiced corporate law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt and Borden Ladner Gervais in Toronto, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, and corporate finance. He holds an Honours BA in History from the University of Western Ontario and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University.

Brandon Weening is Executive Vice President, Investment Finance & Operations at OMERS, overseeing finance operations and transformation for most of OMERS's public and private investments. He has been with the organization for more than ten years and helped set up OMERS's international financing program in 2019, including its investor relations program and its AAA credit rating. He holds a BComm (Hons) from Queen's University and is a CPA and CA.

David Toffoli is a Director, Legal at OMERS Private Equity, which he joined in September 2017, where he provides legal advice and drafts and negotiates corporate agreements supporting the firm's investment activities. Before this role, he practiced corporate law at a mining-focused private equity firm in Toronto. He holds a J.D. and a B.B.A. from the University of Toronto.

Jennifer Samarco is a Vice President on the OMERS private investment finance team, which she joined in October 2017, where she leads a team responsible for valuing the infrastructure and private equity asset classes. She previously worked as a senior manager in the Financial Advisory practice at Deloitte LLP in Toronto, focusing on valuation and dispute consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, along with CPA, CA, and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designations.

Melissa MacIntyre is Director, Investment Tax in OMERS Private Equity's Toronto office, where she advises the private equity investment teams on tax and structuring aspects of their transactions. She joined the team in March 2014, having previously served as Senior Manager, M&A Tax at Deloitte LLP and worked in an investment role at Edgestone Capital Partners. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University and a Master of Taxation from the University of Waterloo.

Saba Zakaria is Associate Director, Legal at OMERS Private Equity, which she joined in 2021 as a secondee from the law firm Blake, Cassels & Graydon. Her work involves negotiating preliminary transaction documents, handling regulatory filings, and managing legal operations. She holds a J.D. from Queen's University and a B.S. (Hons) from the University of Toronto.

Sebastian Edwards is a Director of Compliance based in London for OMERS Private Equity, holding the FCA Compliance and Money Laundering Officer senior management functions.
