Founder and CEO of NDI with over 30 years of neurodevice experience across academic research, product development, sales, marketing, and business development. He founded NDI in 2002, previously served as VP of New Business Development at NeuroControl Corporation, holds a biomedical engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University, and is named on more than 60 neurostimulation patents.

Hunter Peckham holds the Donnell Institute Professorship of Biomedical Engineering and Orthopaedics at Case Western Reserve University. He also directs the Cleveland Functional Electrical Stimulation Center. He serves as an advisory board member at NDI.

Leonard M. Cosentino has served as NDI's vice president of Strategic Initiatives and general counsel since 2006. He advises early stage technology companies, private and public companies, venture capital firms, and entrepreneurs on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and investment transactions. He holds a law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and was previously a partner at the Cleveland law firm McDonald Hopkins LLC.

Michael Hausman, M.D. serves as an advisory board member at NDI. He holds the Robert K. Lippman Professorship of Orthopedic Surgery and is Vice-Chairman of the Department of Orthopedics at Mount Sinai.

Patricia B. Shrader is vice president of Global Regulatory Affairs at Medtronic, where she works with the FDA and international regulatory agencies on regulatory matters, public policy communications, and social investing. She previously served as counsel in the Administrative Law Group at the Washington D.C. law firm Hogan and Hartson. She holds a degree from Georgetown Law and is RAC certified by the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society.

Raymond Rackley, M.D. serves as an Advisory Board Member at NDI. He is a Professor of Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University and is on staff in the Center for Pelvic Health and Reconstructive Surgery within the Glickman Urological and Kidney Institute.

Dr. Vasavada serves as Urological Director of the Center for Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, within its Glickman Urological Institute. He is an advisory board member at NDI.

Robert 'Bob' Strother is a medical device expert with over 30 years designing and commercializing neurostimulation systems, including class III active implantable devices, with deep experience in quality systems and regulatory conformity. He previously worked at a neurostimulation startup and co-owned engineering firm Research Instrumentation Associates, and holds an electrical engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University and Ohio professional engineer certification.
