Roman Cherepakha is Investment Director at Horizon Capital. He has more than seven years of private equity and venture capital experience across Europe and the United States.

Vitalii Pustovyi serves as Investment Director, Legal Advisory at Horizon Capital. A corporate and M&A lawyer with over 14 years of experience, he focuses on private equity transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, reorganizations, legal due diligence, and general corporate advice. His work includes deals governed by English law across sectors such as IT, e-commerce, agriculture, consumer products and retail, and real estate.
