Floris Onvlee joined Rabo Investments in February 2018 and focuses on Fintech Series A and B investments as well as strategic corporate venturing activities. Before joining the corporate venturing team in February 2022, he worked in the Fund and Co-Investment Team, where he developed the Impact investment strategy and the VC portfolio, serving on advisory boards and as an IC member. He began his career in 2010 as a Corporate Management Trainee, gaining experience across business control and financial markets.

Koen Lenssen joined Rabo Investments Corporate Venturing in May 2024, where he focuses on fintech investments and other corporate venturing activities. Before Rabobank, he worked as an investment advisor to startups, venture capital funds, and family offices across Europe, and earlier was a senior investor at Tengelmann Ventures (now CUSP Capital), following M&A and corporate development roles at Sony, Endemol, and Axel Springer. He studied at the Rotterdam School of Management, CEMS at HEC Paris, and the College of Europe.

Shishir Sinha joined Rabo Ventures in December 2021, focusing on environmental sustainability, food and agriculture, and investing. Before that he spent a decade in management consulting at Bain & Company and Frontier Strategy Group, working across Southeast Asia, Japan, and Western Europe on investment advisory and strategy, including commercial due diligence, post-acquisition value creation, and fund strategy for private equity clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Singapore Management University.

Focuses on fast-growing scale-ups and mid-market companies, structuring debt, equity and hybrid solutions. Began his career as a Rabobank management trainee and holds multiple degrees from Leiden, Erasmus Rotterdam, ANU and Clingendael.

Joined Rabo Investments in 2018 as an investment manager in the private equity team. Previously worked at ING and Rabobank's wholesale division in acquisition and structured finance; holds a BSc from Avans University.

Oversees ESG strategy across Rabo Investments' portfolio. Has been with Rabobank for over 20 years across business banking, management and sustainability, and is an expert in the circular economy.

Joined Rabo Investments in 2026 on the Private Equity team supporting Dutch mid-market companies. Previously worked in robotics at Vanderlande and as a PE investment associate for Food & Agri companies; holds a BBA from Avans and an MBA from INSEAD.

Joined Rabo Investments in 2023 focusing on innovative companies supporting the energy transition. Has 13+ years of clean energy investment experience and holds a double MSc from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Joined Rabo Investments in 2023 on the Private Equity team supporting portfolio companies' growth. Previously an analyst at Victus Participations focused on Benelux Food & Agri companies; holds a Master's from KU Leuven.

Roelant Mantel joined Rabo Investments (RI) in December 2015, where he works with Dutch companies seeking to grow. Before that, he worked in capital structuring and acquisition finance at Rabobank, handling management and leveraged buy-outs as well as strategic acquisitions. He began his career at Rabobank as a management trainee in 2006 and studied Business Administration at VU Amsterdam and Law at the University of Amsterdam.

Joined Rabo Investments in 2023 on the ESG team, working with investment teams to integrate impact-driven actions. Previously gained impact measurement experience at Triodos Investment Management; holds Master's degrees from St Gallen and RSM.

An entrepreneur and business developer who spent 13 years supporting Food & Agri companies as a Senior Relationship Banker; joined the Private Equity team as Director Business Development in January 2025.

Denisa Koci joined Rabo Ventures in March 2024, working at the intersection of technology and impact. She was previously an investment analyst at Newion, where she focused on early-stage B2B SaaS and worked on the Ellie.ai and Delphai investments (Delphai was acquired by Nasdaq-listed Intapp). Earlier in her career she worked in IBM's commercial department and completed internships at Kubota (agritech investments) and HPE Growth; she holds a master's in Financial Economics from Erasmus University and a bachelor's in business economics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.

Pieter van der Meché has led Rabo Investments' venture activities since January 2022, focusing on Food & Agri chains and their impact on climate change. He previously worked in the M&A teams at ING and Rabobank, leading transactions in the TMT sector and for private equity, and earlier advised companies on sustainable strategies at Triple Value Strategy Consultants (now Steward Redqueen). He studied Business Studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Tobin Wiersum joined Rabo Investments in August 2022 after completing the Rabo Global Traineeship, during which he worked across the bank's Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt, and Digital Payments & Identity divisions. On the Rabo Ventures team, he focuses on high-growth food and agtech companies in Europe, the US, and Israel. He previously held M&A private equity and operational internships in the Netherlands and Southeast Asia, and holds a cum laude Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Investment.

Bernadette Lee is an Investment Associate at Rabo Investments, part of Rabo Ventures. Her work focuses on climate impact investing, with prior experience in agribusiness R&D and circular economy solutions.
