He directed research on food ingredients and applications, oversaw the commercialization of multiple novel ingredients including xanthan gum and trans-free solid fats, and was instrumental in several major ADM acquisitions. He now advises Synthesis Capital on portfolio companies and investment opportunities in the food ingredient and alternative protein sectors.

Sharon Walbert is a business advisor and board member with commercial, technical, and business leadership experience in the food, agriculture, and sustainable biotechnology sectors. She currently serves as an advisor at Synthesis Capital, where her work spans global commercial and technology strategy. Her background includes experience in product and process innovation, sales, and revenue growth across international markets.

Will Davis is Director of Exhibitions and Artist Liaison at Alison Jacques, and has worked as an independent arts management consultant for over a decade with artists, collections, estates, galleries, museums and curators internationally. From 2022 to 2024 he led the digital strategy for UniCredit's corporate art collection, and his earlier roles include COO and Executive Director of the Interspecies Internet's UK and US charitable organisations, Studio Director for artist Eddie Peake, and liaison for Galleria Lorcan O'Neill's UK artists. He has also managed the estate of Maeve Gilmore and worked on the art collection of Jeremy Coller.

Zubin Siganporia is a mathematician and Director at QED Analytics, where he works on industrial modelling and analytics projects and advises firms on artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and optimisation. He holds roles at Oxford University involving mathematics and teaching, sits on the advisory board for the National Academy of Mathematical Sciences, is a De Morgan supporter of the London Mathematical Society, and serves as a spokesperson for the Campaign for Mathematical Sciences. He is an invited speaker on data analytics and AI, delivered a keynote at a data science and AI conference in 2018, and has been involved in school outreach in mathematics and science.
