Investment thesis
AgriZeroNZ makes targeted investments to accelerate development, commercialisation and on-farm deployment of solutions that reduce agricultural greenhouse gas emissions in New Zealand. It aims to give all farmers equitable, affordable access to emission-reducing tools, targeting a 30% reduction by 2030 and near-zero by 2040, while safeguarding farm profitability and productivity. Beyond capital, it provides navigation and acceleration support to local and global ventures, unblocks system-wide constraints, supports an R&D and testing pipeline, and develops global partnerships. It also engages with research strategy and government regulatory settings, working alongside its strategic partner the Ag Emissions Centre.
