Cameron Davidson is an Operating Partner at TPB, where she has worked since the firm's founding and oversees non-investment functions including internal operations, finance, and investor relations. Before TPB, she managed the CEO's office at The Climate Corporation (acquired by Monsanto in 2013), handling executive communications and post-acquisition integration. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Conservation and Resource Studies from UC Berkeley and a Master's in Integrated Water Management from the University of Queensland, and previously directed water management projects across several countries before returning to California in 2012.

Eric Sundstrom is VP of Finance and Operations at TPB, where he manages accounting, financial reporting, and investment operations along with legal and regulatory compliance. He previously worked in finance roles as a Fund Accounting Manager and Controller at ALPS, A SS&C Company, and Aduro Advisors. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology and Earth Sciences from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Gianna Garcia works with the Operations team at TPB, supporting the firm and its portfolio companies. Before joining TPB, she was a project manager in client services at Guidepoint, an expert network. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Princeton University, where she was a member of the varsity swim team.

Laura Brown is Chief of Staff at TPB, where she handles events, facilities, communications, brand, and operations, including maintaining the team's tech stack. She previously worked as an Executive Assistant at RealtyShares and as a Partnerships Fellow at The Global Crop Diversity Trust in Germany, where she supported fundraising for a $250M+ endowment. She holds a Bachelor's in Environmental Studies from Rhodes College and a Master's in Food Studies from the University of the Pacific.
