Jan Fredriks is a founding partner at AIXTerra Ventures, a European venture fund investing in AI and quantum applications across energy infrastructure and advanced materials from pre-seed through Series A/B. He previously co-built Essent's distributed energy business, developing solar, battery storage, EV charging, and thermal network assets.
