Jan Geerts joined Saffelberg Investments in 2014 as a financial analyst, where he handles financial and business analysis, financial modelling, and valuations of investment opportunities. Before that, he worked as a financial auditor at Deloitte Belgium, focusing on the financial services industry and gaining experience with accounting standards, internal control, risk management, and occasional due diligence work. He graduated as a commercial engineer from the Solvay Business School (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) in 2011, specializing in accountancy and finance.

Luc Osselaer (born 1964) serves as Sole Director at Saffelberg Investments and represents Lahaya BV. He founded SCIO Productions and ACROSS Group, and previously led global marketing, communications, and investor relations at ARINSO International. Earlier in his career he founded eCOM Interactive and Ellips Communications and was a managing partner at Porter Novelli, part of Omnicom; he holds a degree in Roman Philology (RUG, 1986) and an MBA from Vlerick Management School (RUG, 1987).

Arnold Benoot joined Saffelberg Investments NV in 2010 and serves as General Counsel, overseeing the legal side of the group's investment activities including M&A, deal structuring, and negotiations. He is involved throughout the investment lifecycle, from origination to exit, covering due diligence, transaction documentation, financing structures, and portfolio governance. Prior to Saffelberg, he held legal positions at Dolmen Computer Applications (now RealDolmen) and was Head of Legal at NorthgateArinso for EMEA and the US. He earned an LL.M. from KU Leuven (2000) and a postgraduate management diploma from VUB-Solvay (2005).

Daphne Duinslaeger joined Saffelberg Investments in 2024 as Facility & Office Manager. She previously spent over 20 years working in hospitality, including hotels, restaurants, and event management.

Marleen Vercammen joined Saffelberg Investments in 2008 as CFO, overseeing the financial and legal management of the group's investments at a strategic level. She was previously CFO and Director at ARINSO International, where she handled consolidation, reporting, budgeting, controls, and legal affairs across affiliates in 27 countries. Earlier she spent over 15 years at KPMG, becoming a statutory auditor and later an audit partner, and she holds a degree in applied economics with a specialisation in accountancy from the University of Antwerp.

Thomas Van den Abbeele joined Saffelberg in 2023 as Accounting & Tax Manager, handling bookkeeping and tax management for the firm and its subsidiaries. Before this, he spent seven years as a Manager Accountancy at an independent accounting firm, working with clients across various sectors and supporting the digitalization of accounting systems. He earned an Accounting & Tax certificate from the High School of Gent and a postgraduate certificate from the Fiscale Hogeschool of Brussel.

Tina Roeland joined Saffelberg Investments in December 2025 as a Senior Accountant, supporting the Accounting & Tax Manager with bookkeeping and tax management for the firm and its subsidiaries. She previously spent eighteen years at an independent accounting firm, working with clients across various sectors. She holds a degree in Accountancy and Taxation from Odisee University of Applied Sciences.

Founding team member overseeing company operations, financial forecasting, valuation and corporate structuring since 2000, and developed the firm's proprietary Company Maturity Matrix. Previously worked at Deloitte Kassim Chan and Arab-Malaysian Merchant Bank; holds a Commerce degree from the University of Tasmania.
