Investment thesis
Caixa Capital invests both directly and indirectly. Direct investments target highly innovative, technologically differentiated projects with strong market potential, preferably at Series A and B financing rounds. Indirect investments are made through participations in venture capital funds — preferably based in Portugal or managed by national teams — complemented by exposure to international funds whose strategies align with Caixa Capital's. Backed by its experience as an investor and a network of national and international partners, the firm aims to support the global expansion of Portuguese teams and companies while generating financial returns alongside responsible, sustainable value and social well-being.
