Scott Irwin founded Camber Partners, a software-focused growth equity firm, in 2020. Over the past 20 years, he has invested in more than 35 SaaS startups, with outcomes including four IPOs and acquisitions by strategic buyers such as Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and Citrix, as well as private equity firms including Vista Equity, Francisco Partners, and Sumeru Equity. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he was a Venture Fellow and Welsh Scholar.

Nick Evens is President and CEO of Curql Collective, where he works to connect fintech companies and credit unions on new technologies. He was previously President of The Veridian Group, Inc., the CUSO holding company of Veridian Credit Union, where he led equity investment strategy and managed more than ten direct minority investments in CUSO companies. He co-founded VentureTech, an industry fintech forum.

Anne Herlache is Director of Growth Operations at Camber Partners. A behavioral scientist with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods, she has more than 10 years of experience building teams, managing stakeholders, and developing research strategies. Her background includes work in research psychology and research and development in tax administration.

Ashley Lundquist is Vice President, Executive Talent at Camber Partners, where she focuses on executive search, talent strategy, and organizational design. Over more than 15 years in the technology sector, she has worked in both internal leadership and investment-side roles, building Talent and People functions, leading executive searches from VP to CEO level, and scaling teams across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC. Her work spans B2B SaaS, AI, consumer, and product-led businesses, including support for diligence, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration.

Chad Savoy is an Operating Advisor at Camber Partners, working in software sales leadership and as an investor. He previously spent 2006 to 2013 at SolarWinds, where he was the first internal sales professional to be promoted through the roles of Account Executive, Regional Manager, Director, and Vice President, and contributed to growth in the company's North American Commercial Region.

Sarabeth Scott is VP of Revenue Operations at Camber Partners, where she works across a portfolio of early-stage B2B SaaS companies to help founders and go-to-market leaders build operating infrastructure for capital-efficient growth. Her work spans GTM metrics and board reporting, CRM and revenue data architecture, sales capacity and annual planning, and the design of PLG, sales-assisted, and hybrid motions. Over more than 20 years in B2B SaaS and tech-enabled businesses, she previously led Revenue Operations and Commercial Operations at Camunda, Talkwalker, UpKeep, and Tethr, following earlier roles in corporate strategy, business transformation, and revenue operations at CEB (now Gartner).

President at Momentive (acquired by Zendesk), the company behind SurveyMonkey and GetFeedback. Previously spent six years at HomeAway, leading it through its IPO.

Igor Kostenko is a Fellow at ODF and is building a product for GTM teams. He previously helped scale PandaDoc from $5M to $100M+ ARR, leading global go-to-market functions across sales, customer success, and support, and worked on strategic acquisitions and M&A integrations. His prior work includes projects with a Silicon Valley venture capital firm in the US and Southeast Asia and establishing a joint venture with a large European technology company to lead local market entry and commercial execution.

Scott Ernst is Operating Principal for AI, Growth and Engineering at Camber Partners, where he was the firm's first employee. His work covers AI, machine learning, data science and engineering leadership, growth operations, business strategy, and executive recruiting for portfolio companies, in addition to supporting the firm's investment team on acquisitions and due diligence. Before his current career, he earned a PhD in astrophysics, ran star-collision simulations on GPU clusters, and analyzed large dinosaur track sites for the Swiss government.

Started her career as Marketing Manager at Insight Partners handling PR, social media, content, graphic design, and events, then founded her own brand consulting firm.

John Rodkin is Managing Partner at Hyalite Ridge Advisors, where he serves as interim CEO, interim CFO, and board member for PE- and VC-backed companies. He has held seven CEO positions, founded three venture-backed startups with exits to NBCi, WebTrends, and ShopRunner, and has led engineering, product, marketing, finance, and legal functions across startups, PE-backed businesses, and large public companies. His background includes investment committee work at Samsung Next, where he led seed rounds in multiple companies; a role running startup investment practices at Fortive; a law degree from the University of Chicago; and an engineering degree from MIT.
