Jens has worked both as an investor and entrepreneur, focusing at TX Ventures predominantly on B2B fintech and SaaS. He previously built a leading DACH startup platform and an SME SaaS solution, and worked as an investment professional at UBS, JPMorgan, DWS/Deutsche Bank and Finlab AG.

An engineer and operator, Krzysztof joined TX Ventures in 2017 and built its fintech portfolio, positioning the firm as a leading Swiss fintech investor. He previously defined growth strategies for Swisscom and developed businesses at Orange Group in France.

Klaudia has over a decade of international experience as an investor, operator, and consultant. She previously invested in early-stage European fintech and insurtech at Tenity and SIX Fintech Ventures, overseeing a portfolio of more than 20 ventures.

Andreas has over 20 years of IT security experience including CISO roles across banking, IT, and media. He currently acts as Field CISO EMEA of Lacework and holds multiple security certifications.

Bettina is senior counsel and head of M&A in TX Group's legal department, with broad experience in venture investments and a focus on TX Ventures' fintech deals. She joined TX Group in 2017.

Clarisse has over five years of experience in venture capital and financial services, investing in early-stage companies in regulated industries. She previously invested in fintech startups at NewAlpha AM in Paris and helped launch an investment fund in Japan with Tachi.ai Ventures.

Daniel is Chief Portfolio Officer of TX Group, overseeing the group's participations, ventures, and real estate. He joined TX Group in 2015 and has a background in corporate development, M&A, and management consulting.

Ulrich chairs the TX Group Investment Committee and is a Partner at High-Tech Gründerfonds. He has a strong background in B2B tech startups and previously worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company.

Ewan is a software engineer who leads the data engineering team within TX Group. He was an early member of startups including Skyscanner and founded his own API marketplace.

Ivan is Growth Manager at TX Ventures, supporting portfolio companies with growth, marketing, and media strategies and assisting TX Group's digital transformation team. He previously worked at eBay and KAYAK.

A founder-turned-investor, Laurent focuses on TX Ventures' U.S. presence with interests in payments infrastructure, marketplaces, and consumer models. He previously co-founded and led Monito, a cross-border payments comparison platform, over 11 years.

A fintech pioneer, Miriam founded Ratepay in 2010 and later founded embedded finance company Banxware in 2020. She sits on the German Startups Association board and is a partner at Paymentandbanking and Startup Teens.

Wolf-Gerrit is Group CFO of TX Group AG with expertise in finance, controlling, M&A, and organizational transformation, contributing to investment strategy and value creation.
