8. I didn't know who Barbara Lee was before the race and while I respect her past accomplishments and drive it's time to pass the baton to the next generation. Gerontocracy is not a winning strategy

7. I recently owner-built an ADU and the cost + time it takes to build in this city is uneconomical let alone affordable. CA shares some of the blame but the city has to do better and get out of the way
