She previously spent about 7.5 years as Managing Director of Techstars NYC, where she sourced, coached, and invested in hundreds of early-stage companies, several of which reached unicorn valuations, and before that led corporate venture and innovation at BBC Worldwide, making strategic investments and running internal incubation efforts. Earlier in her career she founded a mobile startup building VoIP and mobile marketing apps, worked as a lawyer and in banking at JP Morgan, and is a graduate of Columbia University and the Kauffman Fellows program.
