Ng Sai Kit is Managing Partner at Artem Ventures, a Securities Commission–registered venture capital firm he founded in 2022 that focuses on financial inclusion, insurtech, Islamic fintech, and emerging technology sectors. With over 28 years of experience in audit, corporate finance, corporate development, and venture building across Southeast Asia, he has held board positions at public-listed companies in Malaysia and Singapore since 2000 and led multiple investment and M&A initiatives. He currently serves as Chairman of the Malaysian Private Capital Association and participates in policy and ecosystem development through national and regional industry bodies.

Tunku Omar Asraf is a Partner at Artem Ventures focusing on early-stage investments in fintech, insurtech, and food tech across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. His career spans Islamic banking policy at AIBIM, equity crowdfunding platform development at Crowdo, investor relations and entrepreneurial programs at MDEC, and deployment of Malaysia's RM1.3 billion fund of funds at Penjana Kapital. He serves on boards at Ejen2u, Qwork, and MADCash, runs accelerator programs through Artem PACE, and chairs the Ecosystem Development Bureau at MVCA.

Gowri Krishnan is the Marketing and Communications Lead at Artem Ventures, where she manages brand strategy, PR, and product marketing initiatives. She works with founders and ecosystem partners on visibility campaigns for venture and accelerator programs, with a focus on strategic storytelling and integrated marketing campaigns.

Lean Jia Yao is an Associate in Deals Advisory focused on Performance and Restructuring at PwC Malaysia. He works at the intersection of finance, technology, and business strategy, with particular interest in fintech and digital assets. His professional focus includes analyzing business models, company scaling dynamics, and developing structured investment perspectives.
