Swapnil Chichani is a Vice President at Asia Partners, where he works on the investment team focusing on growth equity investments in technology and technology-enabled companies in Southeast Asia. He has over 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, and investments at BCG, Uber, and Parthenon-EY, with work spanning emerging markets in APAC, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

Asuka Miyabashira is president of Takeda's Japan Pharma Business Unit, having joined the company in 2004 and held marketing and medical roles in Japan and abroad. Her prior positions include country manager at Takeda Vietnam, business operation manager at Takeda Indonesia, and head of the Neuroscience Business Unit within JPBU. She holds an MSc in Agriculture from Kyushu University, Japan.
