Akshit Puri has over eight years of experience in accounting and finance. Before joining Vistara, he worked on the Accounting and Reporting Operations team at Trez Capital and on the regulatory team at Peoples Group, and earlier served as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young and a Financial Analyst at ICICI Bank. He holds a CPA (Canada), ACCA, and Chartered Accountancy (India).

Chris Angelatos joined Vistara Growth in 2023, where he leads the firm's HealthTech investment efforts by sourcing and executing deals and working with portfolio companies. He previously worked as a venture investor in global digital health, founded a consumer product business, and advised private technology companies on financings and M&A at CIBC's investment banking team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Chemistry from Queen's University.

Daniel McQuade works at Vistara Growth and has over a decade of experience in marketing and investor communications. Before joining the firm, he was Marketing and Branding Manager at Harbourfront Wealth Management, where he led initiatives including the firm's move into alternative investments and the launch of its international operations and foundation, working through Audax Private Equity's strategic investment in the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Whittier College in California.

Farah Lahdiy joined Vistara Growth in 2024, bringing a background in Engineering and Management Sciences. She has worked as an Executive Assistant and Project Manager across several fields, including software development companies, focusing on coordinating operational and administrative functions.

Gaurav Singh has nearly two decades of experience across corporate development, venture and growth-stage investing, investment banking, and executive roles as CFO and Board Director. He has worked across industries including financial services, technology, media, and professional services, with activity in the USA, Canada, the UK, Africa, and India. He holds a Masters in Finance from the London Business School.

Jordon Boerchers works at Vistara Growth, having previously held roles in strategy, corporate development, and investment banking within the technology sector. He was part of the Strategic Finance team at B2B SaaS company Loopio, and before that worked in Mergers and Acquisitions at Evercore, advising North American companies on cross-border transactions, equity raises, and restructurings. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.

Oren Karol works at Vistara Growth. He previously served as an investment banker at Cormark Securities in the Technology and Diversified Industries groups, advising companies on valuations, M&A, and capital raises. He holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Western University's Richard Ivey School of Business.

Pallavi Gandhi is Controller at Vistara Growth. She previously served as Controller at Vertu Capital, overseeing finance, legal, compliance, fundraising, and investor relations, and spent four years at Whitehorse Liquidity Partners (now Dawson Partners) as a Senior Associate in Investment Accounting. She began her career as a Fund Accountant at CIBC Mellon, is a Chartered Professional Accountant, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

Sabreen Sidhu joined Vistara Growth after spending two years at BDC's Sustainability Venture Fund and Industrial Innovation Fund, where she invested in early-stage companies focused on sustainability and industrial advancement across a range of technology verticals. She holds a Master of Financial Economics from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Economics from Carleton University.
