She holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management of Technology from the University of Bergamo and a Master of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.

Giorgio Gueli is an MSc Management Engineering student at Politecnico di Torino and an Undergraduate Research Fellow in the space economy. He collaborates on green hydrogen projects through Alta Scuola Politecnica in partnership with SNAM. His professional interests span deep technology venture capital, business analysis, and finance.

He invests in critical resources, healthcare and life sciences, digital infrastructure, energy, and space and industrial automation sectors, prioritizing founders with scientific expertise and established relationships with market incumbents. Salerno does not invest in B2B2C software, fintech, crypto, or generic AI ventures.

Marco Parlani is a project manager at LIFTT with over 10 years of experience in venture capital and corporate management. He has focused on executing investments and supporting portfolio companies across diverse sectors, with prior managerial experience in R&D and Sales divisions within the automotive industry.

He previously founded and served as CEO of Sherlock, a GPS-based bicycle anti-theft device startup that was acquired. Freni holds a PhD in Materials Science and Technology from Politecnico di Torino and has over 10 years of experience in deep technology and venture capital.

Valentina Maggio earned a degree in Modern Languages from the University of Turin and is completing a master's in Languages for International Communication with a focus on English and German. Her studies covered digital marketing, business and international law, and information technology for multimedia communication. She joined LIFTT through a curricular internship and later became Office Manager.

Adriano Marconetto is the co-founder and managing partner of Anubi Digital and author of "Vitamine." He has founded or co-founded multiple ventures across energy, audio, and 3D printing sectors, including Electro Power Systems (now nhoa.energy), Pianeta, and i-M3D, as well as Vitaminic Spa. Marconetto has served on investment and board roles at organizations including Liftt and Basic.net, and has been involved with nonprofit initiatives through BizWorld Italy, Global Shapers Turin, and Foras Mile.
