Stephane Gantchev is a Partner at LAUNCHub Ventures, an early-stage fund in Southeastern Europe that invests in digital startups from the region and regional founders based in hubs such as Silicon Valley and London, and has been active in blockchain investing since 2014. He co-organizes DigitalK, a European technology and startup conference. His career spans over 20 years in IT and telecommunications, including roles at IT service providers, mobile operators, vendors, and startups, followed by seven years in venture capital.

Petar Tsachev is a Principal with an operator-heavy go-to-market and operations background who emphasizes hands-on commercial execution and co-creates transparent retrospectives with founders like Colossyan highlighting learnings and inflection points.

Ivelina Nikolova is the Operations Manager at LAUNCHub Ventures. She is also co-founder and CEO of Sheetly, a company focused on product data management.

Nikoleta Popkostadinova is Head of Marketing at LAUNCHub Ventures, with over 11 years of experience in marketing, brand, and employer branding across four tech acquisitions within the same organization (Melon and Frakton, later Kin + Carta and Valtech). She led the first full rebranding following two acquisitions and later scaled employer branding across Valtech's European offices, work that was recognized with a Gartner "Excellence in Employee Experience" Award and featured in a Gartner case study. In 2015, she founded LoveGuide, a sexual health education project offering classes to teens across 70 schools in Bulgaria and operating a YouTube channel with over 75,000 subscribers.
