Investment thesis
LAUNCHub Ventures is a generalist early-stage fund focused on technical, tech-first founders from the CEE region, wherever they build. While generalist, it concentrates on areas where the region's technical talent is deepest: enterprise software transitioning from SaaS to AI, AI infrastructure and applications, deep tech, robotics, and industrial tech. The firm leads pre-seed and seed rounds with first checks from €300K to €3M. Having worked with over 200 founders across marketplaces, fintech, health, and hardware since 2012, it now emphasizes the intelligent and physical technology layers where it sees the clearest path to global scale. The team comprises former founders, operators, and investors based in Sofia, Zagreb, and Cluj.
