Jürgen Kosch is a cofounder and Managing Partner at MIG Capital AG and serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board (Beiratsvorsitzender) of lxp Group. His background includes venture capital investment management in technology companies, angel investing, and founding multiple companies.

Michael Motschmann serves as Vice President Investments at Sitra. He has held roles including Chief Investment Officer, Head of Unit, and Investment Manager/Director, with experience spanning asset management, portfolio management, venture capital, and private equity. His areas of focus include net-zero strategies, cleantech, growth companies, and board work.

He holds a BS in business administration from Syracuse University and an MBA from Bocconi University.

Matthias Kromayer is Managing Director at RenewableTech Ventures, where his work includes deploying, managing, and exiting venture funds and portfolio companies. His areas of expertise include venture capital, management, business strategy, entrepreneurship, and finance. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of Utah.

Fei Tian joined MIG's investment team in April 2023, strengthening the Life Science division. She previously managed the health tech portfolio at yabeo Venture Tech and spent nine years at Vesalius Biocapital as an investment analyst and later principal. She studied medicine at Tongji University in China, worked as an emergency physician, and earned a doctorate in oncology and stem cell research at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität.

Fei Tian joined MIG's investment team in April 2023, working in the firm's life science area with a focus on healthcare. She previously managed the health tech portfolio at yabeo Venture Tech and spent nine years at Vesalius Biocapital, rising from investment analyst to principal, where she worked on deal identification, due diligence, and transaction structuring in life-science investments. She studied medicine at Tongji University in China, worked two years as an emergency physician, and earned a doctorate in oncology and stem cell research at Ludwig Maximilian University.

Frederick Michna joined MIG's investment team in June 2022, bringing experience from both startups and corporations. He previously spent over six years at consultancy Kearney leading transformation and growth programs in finance, telecom and aviation, and earlier worked on financing and incubating digital business models at Swiss VC Mountain Partners. He holds a Master's in Strategic Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's in International Management from ESB Reutlingen and Reims Management School.

Valérie Calenda is a Principal at MIG Capital AG, where she has invested in European deep tech companies across industrial tech, energy and environment, advanced computing, and new space and materials since 2022. She holds board or observer seats at portfolio companies including NavVis, GlassPoint, talpasolutions, and Inbolt, and previously served on the board of Wealthpilot. Before joining MIG, she spent 6.5 years in strategy consulting at Kearney, reaching the level of Principal, and earlier worked for three years at the early-stage venture firm Mountain Partners; she is a graduate of HEC Paris and is based in Munich.

Christina Vogt-Sasse is a Senior Associate at MIG Capital in Munich, where she invests in deeptech companies across aerospace, future of compute, and energy. She has a background in aerospace engineering and strategy consulting and is building a venture called Ventra.

Leads finance, operations, fund modeling, follow-on investing, and LP relations. He joined full-time in 2021 after serving as outsourced CFO through Airstream Alpha, which he founded in 2018, and previously spent a decade as an institutional LP leading PE/VC investing at Texas Children's Hospital's foundation.
