Kai Bielenberg is Managing Partner at Inovexus, where he leads the firm's expansion in the DACH region and supports early-stage B2B tech startups. He has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and digital business, including senior leadership roles at global technology companies and a C-level position in a mid-sized industrial group. He is a startup co-founder and a founding partner at Impact51, an angel club based in Switzerland.

Stanislas De Villelongue is a Managing Partner at Inovexus, where he works on GP community development, investor relations, and European geographic expansion, and leads the firm's French regional strategy with chapters in cities such as Lyon, Lille, and Nice. Before investing, he grew Pixmania's marketplace to €800M GMV at acquisition and founded a mobile app company for live video streaming in sports and entertainment, which he sold to Euromédia Group in 2015. He has since made 30+ angel investments, with four exits and a portfolio of over 20 startups where he has served as investor and board member.

Aïmen Bennadji is part of the core team at Inovexus, where he focuses on fundraising advisory for early-stage European B2B tech startups, running investment-readiness assessments and preparing fundraising materials with founders through their Series A processes. He studied finance at ESCP Business School and Université Catholique de Lille across France, the UK, and Taiwan, and previously worked in investment banking at BNP Paribas CIB, in VC at Bpifrance, and at fundraising advisory firm Chausson Finance. He is also developing AI-powered automation tools for the fundraising process.

Alberto Fratini started his first startup at 17 before studying at Bocconi University. He has worked across Europe in innovation consulting in Milan and at a startup incubator in Lisbon, and now supports founders and portfolio companies at Inovexus in Paris. He also creates short-form content about the European startup ecosystem.

Alice Gouzalch is Corporate Finance Director at Inovexus, where she supports founders by organizing fundraising processes, managing investor relations, and helping portfolio companies reach strategic milestones after investment. Her experience spans startup operations, venture capital (at Femmes Business Angels and Winequity, with a focus on female entrepreneurship), and investment banking (over two years at Chausson Partners). She holds an MBA from Emlyon Business School and a Bachelor's in Economics from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Annika Kim leads the sourcing team at Inovexus, where she identifies and curates opportunities for the firm's community. A former concert violinist who performed as a soloist across Europe, she later studied economics and data science and became involved with a group of AI entrepreneurs. Before Inovexus, she supported sustainability-sector startups at an NGO.

Christophe Aulnette is a Senior Operating Partner at Seven2 and Senior Advisor at NSI, with more than 30 years of experience leading technology companies including Microsoft France, Altran, and Netgem. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Cyber at Knowldy and as a board member of Wavestone, while providing investment and advisory support to technology companies. Aulnette is an author and speaker focusing on leadership, employability, and workforce transformation in the context of artificial intelligence.

Christophe Louvin is a VC Associate at Inovexus, where he sources and evaluates early-stage B2B technology startups with global potential.

David Amosun leads Community & Strategic Initiatives at Inovexus, working across investor growth, platform scaling, and operational systems, including the Micro Partners programme and the deployment of AI-driven automation. Before Inovexus, he spent nearly a decade in investment banking covering Financial Institutions Group, Capital Markets, and Structured Finance across Sub-Saharan Africa, and co-founded a WealthTech platform that reached about $1M ARR after raising $1.5M. He holds MBAs from INSEAD and Quantic, completed executive education in FinTech at the University of Oxford, and earned his undergraduate degree from Covenant University.

Emmanuel Poulet is a VC Associate at Inovexus, where he identifies and evaluates early-stage B2B technology startups with global potential.

Giorgio Pennacchio works on developing Inovexus's network across more than 20 countries and building a cross-border investment model. He earned a Master in Management with a specialization in Investment Banking from ESCP Business School in London. His prior experience includes roles at August (a VC fund of funds), the global CVC team of Capgemini Ventures, and the investment team of WIT Angels, a global club deal, with a career spanning Luxembourg, London, and Paris.

Grégoire Rouquette is a Growth Manager and Deal Club lead at Inovexus, where he works on scaling the investor community and supporting fundraising, leading investor acquisition and engagement while contributing to investment processes. He has a background in fintech, sales, and venture capital, including experience at the unicorn Ualá. He is Franco-Argentinian and works on cross-border opportunities in finance and technology.

Harsh Khandelwal works at Inovexus, where he develops and manages the investor community, connecting founders with mentors and investors across the US, Europe, and India and supporting them through the investor journey from outreach to onboarding and deal participation. He holds a Master's in Management from ESSEC Business School and began his career at Schneider Electric as a Corporate Strategic Intelligence Analyst.

Hussein Annan works on growth and strategic operations at Inovexus, a European investment community and accelerator, covering lead generation, platform go-to-market, CRM analytics, AI automation, and community growth. Before Inovexus, he worked in performance marketing and analytics, managing over $2M in annual ad budgets and building SEO and inbound strategies. He currently focuses on infrastructure for the firm's platform launch and scaling its outbound and inbound processes.

Iacopo Maccario is a VC Associate at Inovexus, focusing on sourcing and evaluating early-stage B2B technology startups and supporting the investment process from due diligence through execution. He holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and previously worked at Accuracy (M&A) in Spain, Deloitte (Audit) in Italy, and RAISE (Venture Capital) in France.

Raphael Faure is a VC Associate at Inovexus, where he sources and evaluates early-stage B2B technology startups with global potential.

Tom Revil leads the Inovexus Acceleration Program, working with founders to help them reach their next milestones through connections and targeted support. He previously founded and ran his own startup, participated in accelerator programs as a founder, and held operational roles at several early-stage companies.

Victoria Mascher is a Startup Success Analyst at Inovexus, where she coordinates the mentoring program and supports portfolio startups on go-to-market strategy, growth, and international expansion. She previously worked at the HSG START Accelerator, sourcing and evaluating deep-tech startups across Europe, and was involved with START Global organizing entrepreneurship events. She holds or is pursuing a Master's degree at the University of St. Gallen.
