Investment thesis
Gecad Ventures is a Bucharest-based investment group founded by serial entrepreneur Radu Georgescu that invests in and builds early-stage technology companies, often leading seed rounds and taking meaningful equity stakes. Its activity spans SaaS and software, cybersecurity and AI-based biometrics, ecommerce and payment solutions, and consumer marketplaces, with companies based in Romania and the UK.
