His career spans more than 20 years in direct equity investment in technology, including due diligence, M&A guidance, and interim management roles for funds and portfolio companies.

Antoine Rolland is a Data Scientist and Data/Machine Learning Engineer at Jolt Capital, a deeptech private equity fund, where he has worked on developing and scaling a proprietary AI platform. He holds an engineering degree from Télécom Paris (IP Paris) and a Master's in Finance from Sciences Po Paris, with experience in machine learning, NLP, and graph analytics. He has also worked in Montréal, collaborating with teams of engineers, data scientists, and investment professionals.

Clément Bourgogne is IR & Investment Director Canada at Jolt Capital, a European growth-stage deeptech investor, where his work spans fundraising, investing, and supporting portfolio companies. Over a career of more than 15 years, he has worked as an engineer designing and simulating complex systems, in management consulting for S&P 500 clients, and in building and operating a $300M investment fund focused on applied AI.

Frédéric Meunier is Director of Engineering at Jolt Capital, where he leads the development and integration of the firm's AI-powered tool, Ninja, incorporating deep learning frameworks and enterprise search tools through partnerships. He has worked with structured and unstructured data since the early 1990s.

Giacomo Del Grande serves as Chief Financial Officer at Jolt Capital, where his responsibilities span fundraising, fund administration, investments, portfolio management, and divestments. His background covers finance, accounting and control, corporate finance and M&A transactions, and restructuring and turnarounds. He has worked across the industrial, advisory, and private equity sectors in France, the UK, Switzerland, Italy, and the USA.

Philippe Laval is Chief Technology Officer and Managing Partner at Jolt Capital, where he leads development of Ninja, an AI-powered tool that analyzes a database of three million companies for dealflow, due diligence, and competitive intelligence. He previously founded and led Evercontact, a contact and CRM updating service exited in 2016, and Sinequa, an enterprise search company exited in 2024. He divides his time between San Francisco and Paris and is the author of "Winter is NOT coming," a book on Game of Thrones and management.

Philippe Perez is Head of Marketing and Public Affairs at Jolt Capital, a firm that finances and supports the growth of European advanced technology companies. In this role, he develops communication formats and tailored messaging for different stakeholders, including subscribing funds, large enterprises, and opinion leaders. His prior career spanned work in France and abroad across areas connecting science with society, industry, education, international relations, innovation, and media.

Shawn Qiu is Lead Product Manager at Jolt Capital, where he leads product for Jolt.Ninja, an AI-enabled platform for investors. His background includes prior experience at Bloomberg, and his work focuses on deeptech.

Simon Cardoën is Transaction Director at Jolt Capital, a private equity firm focused on growth capital, where he has worked since 2022. Outside of work, he is a member of a trail running club and helps organize non-profit sporting events through an association.

Tara Akhavan is a Value Creation Partner at Jolt Capital and CEO of AI4Eyes, a Canadian health technology startup focused on AI, SaaS, and vision science. She founded and scaled Irystec Software Inc., a perceptual display and image processing company later acquired by FORVIA, where she subsequently served as VP of Software & Ecosystems and led acquisitions including Appning. She holds a Ph.D. in Image Processing and Computer Vision from Vienna University of Technology and an MSc in AI, and has authored or co-authored more than 35 patents across the telecom, consumer, automotive, and medtech industries.
