Andy SandlerΒ· Leader of Temerity Capital Partners

Andy Sandler is an entrepreneur, business leader, and lawyer who leads Temerity Capital Partners and the Sandler Family Office. He is Founder and Chairman of Asurity, a mortgage compliance technology company, Chairman of RiskExec, and founder of Treliant Risk Advisors, which he sold in 2017; he has practiced financial services law for over 40 years, previously leading Skadden's Consumer Financial Services Enforcement and Litigation practice and founding the Buckley Sandler law firm. His current focus is sports team ownership and stadium-adjacent real estate, including leading Temerity Baseball and co-founding Artemis Sports Group with his wife Andrea Mitchell Sandler. He holds J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Wharton, an M.A. from the University of Warwick, and a B.A. from Union College.
