Mike Miller is the General Counsel of Temerity Capital Partners, where he handles legal, compliance, and regulatory matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital investment, and commercial and technology transactions. Before joining the firm, he served as Deputy General Counsel of Corporate Risk Holdings (working with Kroll and Kroll Factual Data) and as Assistant General Counsel for Travelex Global Business Payments, and earlier worked at sports agency GameTime Sports Management. He holds an LL.M in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from Widener University School of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Maryland – College Park.
