Investment thesis

Monte Carlo Capital began as a vehicle for founder Ian Sosso to invest his own capital as an angel investor, leading more than 50 deals and syndicates over roughly a decade. Building on that experience, the firm evolved from a lead investor into a value-added co-investor that partners alongside established VCs to help scale early-stage, industry-defining companies. It launched Fund I in 2023 and began deploying Fund II in early 2026.
