Impact Expansion is an independent fund manager, sponsored by KOIS and formed with partners from Milestone Investisseurs, that provides development capital to Western European SMEs with strong social and environmental impact. It focuses on three themes—Skilling & Inclusion, Health & Well-being, and Climate & Nature—targeting proven impact solutions that can achieve systemic effect and contribute to SDGs 3, 4, 7, 8, 10 and 13. The firm takes minority or majority positions via €5-30m equity investments, supporting founders and management through organic and external (buy-and-build) growth. It measures 3-5 impact KPIs per company, approved by an independent impact committee, and is certified Article 9 under the EU SFDR.
