Impact Expansion is an independent, Article 9 (EU SFDR) certified fund manager sponsored by KOIS, created together with partners from Milestone Investisseurs. It provides development capital to SMEs in Western Europe that deliver strong social and environmental impact, concentrating on three themes: Skilling & Inclusion, Health & Well-being, and Climate & Nature, and aiming to contribute to SDGs 3, 4, 7, 8, 10 and 13. The firm takes minority or majority positions via equity investments of €5-30 million, supporting founders and management teams through organic and external (buy-and-build) growth. It combines impact expertise with private equity discipline to generate both measurable impact (3-5 impact KPIs per company) and tier-one financial returns.
