Mariella Schurz joined the B&C Group in mid-2012 and served for more than a decade as General Secretary of the B&C Private Foundation and as a Managing Director in the group, taking on responsibilities across the holding structure, human resources, and the foundation's funding activities. She developed the Houska Prize, expanding it into three categories, and was involved in the MEGA Foundation for Education, which promotes equal educational opportunities and financial literacy. She died on 4 November 2022.

Klara Kastner is an entrepreneur and teacher of entrepreneurship, and a member of the Melbourne Angels investor group who invests in startups through angel groups and independently. Her interests include the commercialisation of research in the life sciences, dog training (including guide dogs for the blind), and teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL).
