Steven Berelowitz is a lawyer and investor with over two decades of experience in technology and startups, having advised entrepreneurs and tech companies on venture capital raises, equity and debt transactions, M&A, and IPOs. As a partner at Welltech Ventures, he oversees due diligence of potential investments, transactional negotiations, and fund compliance. He was previously Chief Legal Officer at AYRAD Investments Ltd. and a partner at the law firm Hamburger Evron & Co. (now part of Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co.), and holds an LL.B (cum laude) in law and business from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Al Kinel is President of Strategic Interests, LLC, where he focuses on digital health initiatives. His background includes establishing and managing business development efforts in healthcare information technology, including work with public-private partnerships on quality improvement and cost reduction. His experience spans strategy, channels, professional services, alliances, and government affairs within the healthcare and IT sectors.

Jay S. Zeidman is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Altitude Ventures, a healthcare investment firm. His earlier career included serving as Director of Business Development for U.S. Capital Advisors and as an aide to President George W. Bush at the White House. Zeidman chairs the board of Houston First Corporation and serves on the Texas Holocaust, Genocide, and Antisemitism Advisory Commission, the UT Health Science Center of Houston, and the Emancipation Park Conservancy; he holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from TCU and an M.B.A. from Rice University's Jesse Jones Graduate School of Business.

Rick Stollmeyer is Chief Executive Officer of Inspired Flight Technologies Inc., a U.S. manufacturer of industrial-grade small Unmanned Aerial Systems, where he has served as Chairman since 2017 and CEO since 2021. He previously served as a submarine officer and worked in the commercial nuclear power and space launch industries before co-founding Mindbody in 2001, leading it as Chairman and CEO through its 2015 IPO and 2019 take-private transaction valued at $1.9 billion. In 2020, he authored Building a Wellness Business That Lasts: How to Make a Great Living Doing What You Love.

Galit Horovitz is co-founder and partner at Welltech Ventures, focusing on wellness and health technology startups. Before founding the firm, she held leadership roles in international M&A and business development for technology companies and financial consulting firms, with experience spanning Israel and New York and cross-border transactions across the US, Europe, China, and India. She holds an MBA in finance from the Hebrew University and a BA in psychology from Bar-Ilan University, and studied French at the Sorbonne.
