Investment thesis

D3VC applies an AI-native, data-driven approach to early-stage investing, leveraging its sister platform CCLEAR.AI's dataset of every U.S. Reg CF and Reg A+ offering since 2016 (125+ data points across ~10,000 companies). Each prospective deal runs through a 16-dimension quantitative scoring framework covering team, traction, valuation discipline, business-model defensibility, and market opportunity, with AI assisting from offering extraction to memo generation and a human investment committee closing the loop. Because the data is historical, the thesis is backtestable. The fund writes small checks into 150-200 companies, never leads, and positions itself as a distribution channel where LPs co-invest directly alongside founders.
