A Pittsburgh entrepreneur, early-stage investor, and philanthropist, Andrew was previously CTO of Premier, Inc. and cofounder/CTO of CECity. He holds an EIR role at CMU's Swartz Center and chairs the 412x972 Pittsburgh Israel Innovation initiative.

A business leader and social entrepreneur, Evan is a former owner of Dormont Manufacturing Company and served as CFO of the USDA during the Obama administration. He is an active early-stage investor in Pittsburgh and New York.

Ilana Diamond is Managing Partner of 412 Venture Fund, where she leads investments in technology companies and advises early-stage entrepreneurs on product and customer development. She previously grew and led a family business to a successful exit after earlier work at a large tech company, an MBA, and time in strategy consulting. Her experience raising venture capital shaped her focus on supporting women and other underrepresented founders.

Having immigrated from Bulgaria at age 10, Davit was the first non-engineer hire at a hardware tech startup and later a product manager at a software company. He focuses on adding value to founders on the VC side.

A native Pittsburgher with a JD/MBA from Pitt Law and CMU Tepper, Lauren previously worked in PNC's private equity group. She leads the fund's diligence processes and advises portfolio companies on legal and financial strategy.
