MSIV

Beth Stelluto is an Advisor at Marin Sonoma Impact Ventures (MSIV), joining in October 2020. She previously held executive roles in personal finance at Charles Schwab, LPL Financial, and other organizations, and later served as Chief Growth Officer at ImpactAssets, working at the intersection of philanthropy and business. She holds degrees from Middlebury College and the Wharton Graduate School of Business.

Brett Martinez is President and CEO of Redwood Credit Union, the North Bay's largest credit union, with over 38 years of credit union experience that includes prior senior roles at the California Credit Union League and a Southern California credit union. He joined MSIV as an Advisor in 2024. He holds an MBA from California State University San Bernardino and is a graduate of Western CUNA Management School.

Craig Nelson joined MSIV as an Advisor in July 2020 and serves as Chairman & CEO of Nelson Connects, having joined the Nelson organization in 2001 as General Counsel before becoming CEO and then Chairman in 2015. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1990 and previously worked with the Criminal Division of the California Department of Justice and as a litigator at Bowles and Verna. He holds a master's degree in law from the University of San Diego, a JD from Hastings College of Law, and business administration and economics degrees from California State University, Chico.

Elizabeth Murphy is Vice President, Community at Marin Sonoma Impact Ventures (MSIV), where she connects the firm's Founder Network, Executive Network, investors, and community partners to support the North Bay entrepreneurial ecosystem. She has about 20 years of experience in sales and channel marketing, with prior roles at Disney and ESPN Media Networks, The Wall Street Journal, One Medical, and Glassdoor. She holds an MBA focused on Sustainability, Equity, and Social Impact from Presidio Graduate School and a BA in Sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Jordan Kivelstadt is an advisor to Marin Sonoma Impact Ventures (MSIV), where he supports deal selection, portfolio companies, and community building, and was a founding Limited Partner in MSIV Fund I. He co-founded Free Flow Wines, growing it from a garage operation to 100 employees before its 2016 sale, and later founded the hospitality business Trellis Management. He holds an engineering degree from Tufts and mentors, advises, and serves on boards of startups across sectors.

Mike Lewis has founded and exited three startups over roughly 20 years, including Qloud (a B2C on-demand music streaming service), Kapost (a B2B SaaS company he grew past $13M in revenue and 100+ employees), and Onward, a Marin-based ride-sharing service for seniors partnering with hospitals and medical facilities. From 2015 to 2019 he was Head of Product for Airbnb for Work and Airbnb Luxe. He currently serves as a General Partner at Enjoy the Work and acts as MSIV's Startup Advisor in Residence, supporting founders in the North Bay Founder Network.
