He is a graduate of the Amsterdam School of Business in the Netherlands.

Thomas "Tad" Nedeau is a Co-Managing Partner at Lincolnshire, where he leads the Origination Team and serves on the Investment Committee. He focuses on developing business development relationships with intermediaries and identifying acquisition opportunities. Before joining Lincolnshire in 2017, he was National Account Manager at Smithfield Foods, overseeing consumer packaged goods sales to Walmart and Sam's Club, and he holds a BA from Miami University (Ohio).

Vineet Pruthi is a Senior Advisor at Lincolnshire and has previously served as a Senior Managing Director and on the firm's Investment Committee. Before joining Lincolnshire in 1999, he was CFO of Credentials Services International, a Lincolnshire Equity Fund I portfolio company. Matthew Landolphi joined Lincolnshire in 2022 as a Senior Associate and is a Principal on the Deal Execution and Diligence Team, focusing on evaluating and executing investments and managing liquidity events in Funds IV and V. He previously worked in Conway MacKenzie's Private Fund Services group, advising private capital funds through transitions and restructurings, and earlier was an investment banking associate at Sandler O'Neill + Partners. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Nicolas Vega Llona is a Principal at Lincolnshire, working on the firm's Deal Execution and Diligence team with responsibilities across deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, and portfolio company oversight.
