Before joining Lincolnshire in 2005, he spent twelve years at Rabobank International in San Francisco and New York, where he founded and headed the Leveraged Finance Group for North America, and earlier worked at ABN AMRO in Brazil in treasury and corporate finance. He is a graduate of the Amsterdam School of Business in the Netherlands.

Thomas "Tad" Nedeau is a Co-Managing Partner at Lincolnshire, where he leads the Origination Team and serves on the Investment Committee. He focuses on developing business development relationships with intermediaries and identifying acquisition opportunities. Before joining Lincolnshire in 2017, he was National Account Manager at Smithfield Foods, overseeing consumer packaged goods sales to Walmart and Sam's Club, and he holds a BA from Miami University (Ohio).

Vineet Pruthi is a Senior Advisor at Lincolnshire and has previously served as a Senior Managing Director and on the firm's Investment Committee. Before joining Lincolnshire in 1999, he was CFO of Credentials Services International, a Lincolnshire Equity Fund I portfolio company. He previously worked in Conway MacKenzie's Private Fund Services group, advising private capital funds through transitions and restructurings, and earlier was an investment banking associate at Sandler O'Neill + Partners. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Nicolas Vega Llona is a Principal at Lincolnshire, working on the firm's Deal Execution and Diligence team with responsibilities across deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, and portfolio company oversight. Before Lincolnshire, he was Director of Corporate Finance and Business Development at Grupo Alese, a Peruvian corporation with automotive, vehicle financing, agro-export, and real estate operations, and earlier a Junior Associate at Equitas Partners, an investment bank focused on Latin American mid-market M&A. Betsy Corbin is the Investor Relations and Marketing Director at Lincolnshire and also serves as the firm's Sustainability Officer overseeing ESG criteria.
