Thomas "Tad" Nedeau is a Co-Managing Partner at Lincolnshire, where he leads the Origination Team and serves on the Investment Committee. He focuses on developing business development relationships with intermediaries and identifying acquisition opportunities. Before joining Lincolnshire in 2017, he was National Account Manager at Smithfield Foods, overseeing consumer packaged goods sales to Walmart and Sam's Club, and he holds a BA from Miami University (Ohio).

Vineet Pruthi is a Senior Advisor at Lincolnshire and has previously served as a Senior Managing Director and on the firm's Investment Committee. Nicolas Vega Llona is a Principal at Lincolnshire, working on the firm's Deal Execution and Diligence team with responsibilities across deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, and portfolio company oversight.
