Anthony Borreca is a Senior Managing Director at Stonepeak based in Europe, Co-Head of Energy, and Chief Investment Officer of SP+ INFRA. He previously spent more than 11 years on Blackstone Credit's energy investing team, investing in debt and equity across the energy, renewables, and energy transition sectors, and earlier worked at Blue Source's low-carbon infrastructure fund and in Credit Suisse's global energy investment banking group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colby College.

Hajir Naghdy is a Senior Managing Director at Stonepeak, where he heads the firm's activities across Asia and the Middle East and serves on its Executive Committee. Before joining Stonepeak, he spent nineteen years at Macquarie Capital, beginning in Sydney in 1999 and later helping establish Macquarie's first infrastructure funds management business in Asia; his most recent role there was Head of Macquarie Capital in Asia and the Middle East, where he built the firm's regional renewable energy investing business. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wollongong in Australia.

Jack Howell is Co-President of Stonepeak, a member of the firm's Executive Committee, and sits on all of the firm's investment committees, with responsibilities spanning investing and day-to-day operations. Before Stonepeak, he worked at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, Denham Capital, and Credit Suisse. He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Plan II Honors and in Economics (Business Economics Program), Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Texas at Austin.

Luke Taylor is Co-President of Stonepeak, a member of the firm's Executive Committee, and sits on all of its investment committees, with shared responsibility across investing and the firm's day-to-day management. He has more than 20 years of experience investing in infrastructure, and previously spent 10 years at Macquarie Capital in New York investing across a range of sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business (Distinction) from the University of Otago in New Zealand.

Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Energy. He joined from First Reserve's Energy Infrastructure Fund and previously worked in Citi's Global Energy group.

Chairman, Korea on the Investment Team. He was previously Chief Country Officer, Korea at Deutsche Bank and Chief Executive and Head of Investment Banking for Korea at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Ariana Batori is a Principal on the Credit investment team at Stonepeak. She previously was a Principal at Boundary Street Capital, a private credit fund focused on digital infrastructure and digital services, where she handled origination and underwriting in the digital infrastructure space, and before that served as a Senior Investment Officer and Global Head of Broadband Investments at the International Finance Corporation. She holds an MBA from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Finance and Banking from Babes-Bolyai University in Romania.

Principal on the Investment Team. He was previously a Vice President at Lone Star Funds and worked at Blackstone Credit and Goldman Sachs' Global Natural Resources Group.

Principal in Real Estate on the Investment Team. He was previously an Analyst at LionTree focused on M&A in technology, media, and telecommunications.

Vice President in Corporate Development within Business Operations & Strategy. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs as an investment banker in its Technology, Media, and Telecom group.

Avi Badash is a Managing Director in Compliance at Stonepeak. He previously served as a Director and Senior Compliance Manager at Allianz Global Investors and as Chief Compliance Officer of Allianz Capital Partners of America, and earlier held compliance roles at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Katten Muchin Rosenman, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College.

Vice President in Investor Relations. He was previously a Vice President at Morgan Stanley focused on capital raising for alternatives and worked at Goldman Sachs in capital formation and asset management.

Daniel Bleeker is a Managing Director in Legal at Stonepeak. He previously served as a Principal and Assistant General Counsel at Sixth Street, an Executive Director in Legal at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and an associate in the Investment Management group at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. He holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. from Hamilton College.

Danny Ayala is a Director and Credit Controller at Stonepeak, working in Business Operations & Strategy. He previously served as a Controller at Ares Management, overseeing accounting and financial reporting for the Alternative Credit group, and earlier held roles as a Controller at One William Street Capital Management and an Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jordan Bryk is a Managing Director at Stonepeak on the investment team, working in credit. He previously served as a Managing Director focused on private credit at both Elliott Management and Marathon Asset Management, and earlier was a Principal in Centerview Partners' debt advisory and restructuring group after beginning his career as a restructuring attorney at Weil Gotshal. He holds a JD/MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College.

Josh Berkowitz is a Principal at Stonepeak working in Human Resources and Business Operations & Strategy. He previously served as Head of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Infrastructure at Silver Point Capital and held compensation, HR, and project management roles across the financial services and insurance industries. He holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Delaware.

He previously served as Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer at Merchants Fleet, a fleet management company, and held operational leadership roles in logistics and supply chain at Wayfair, following earlier work in McKinsey's operations practice. He holds BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Noura Alajlan is a Vice President in Compliance at Stonepeak. She previously served as a Governance Senior Manager at Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB), and before that spent nearly 10 years at the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) working on governance regulation development, enforcement, and regulatory compliance reviews. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from King Saud University and an MBA from Cornell University with a focus on strategy and sustainability.

Vice President in Finance within Business Operations & Strategy. She was previously an Associate at Blackstone's Real Estate Finance team and worked at PwC in audit.

Vincent Alvarez is an Operating Partner at Stonepeak focused on labor relations. He served 14 years as President of the NYC Central Labor Council, having been elected in 2011 as its first full-time and first Latino President. From 2019 to 2025 he was a Class C Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, chairing its board from 2024 to 2025.
