Investment thesis
Faculty Group operates as a blockchain-native holding company structured around three disciplines: advisory, capital markets, and operating products/services. Its advisory practice helps institutions and enterprises enter blockchain infrastructure and digital assets from strategy through execution, including tokenisation and market-structure design. Through its investment arm, Faculty Capital, the group invests in and provides market access to protocols and companies in the digital-asset sector, pairing venture capital with active capital-markets support. The group also houses standalone operating businesses in on-chain yield infrastructure, digital-asset payments and exchange, and creative production.
