Dr Lim Jui leads SGInnovate, overseeing its work helping entrepreneurial scientists build and scale Deep Tech startups through equity investments and ecosystem support.

Hsien-Hui Tong leads SGInnovate's investment efforts, working with research scientists to build venture-fundable companies from deep tech research and identifying deep tech startups. Before SGInnovate, he was Managing Partner, Asia Pacific at Wassax Ventures, CEO of the National University of Singapore Society, and Vice President at Staples, and earlier co-founded a data mining company that was later acquired. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore (1998).

Heng Soon Pang is Chief Operating Officer at SGInnovate, where he oversees the Corporate Services division covering HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Admin and Facilities, and is responsible for operationalising Board strategies and corporate governance. He previously held leadership roles in sales and business development within the precision manufacturing and automation equipment sector. He began his career at Singapore's Economic Development Board, later working on direct investments into US-based technology startups at EDB Investments, and holds a Diplom-Ingenieur from Hamburg, Germany.

Executive Director leading SGInnovate's investment efforts, from collaborating with research scientists on venture-fundable deep tech solutions to identifying high-potential startups in areas such as artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, advanced manufacturing, agrifoodtech, medtech, and quantum computing.

Juliana Lim is Executive Director, People at SGInnovate, where she leads efforts to build Deep Tech talent capabilities, develop a mentor network, and expand a talent marketplace connecting people with startups. She previously held human resource roles at organisations including SP Group, NTUC First Campus, the National Heritage Board, the Central Provident Fund Board, and the Ministry of Education. She holds a Bachelor of Economics (1st Class Honours) from Murdoch University and a Master in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of New South Wales.

Brings 30 years of experience in technology startup investments and oversees SGInnovate's Corporate Services division and business operations, ensuring governance and efficiency.

Former Senior Vice President and Head of GIC's Technology Investment Group, overseeing venture capital and growth stage investments across global technology including companies like Alibaba and Airbnb. Based in San Francisco with experience in fintech, e-commerce, and investment management technologies.

Chief Executive Officer of Singapore's National Research Foundation overseeing policies, plans and strategies for research, innovation and enterprise. Concurrently leads the Public Sector Science & Technology Policy Office in the Prime Minister's Office.

Global Health Practice Co-Head at Egon Zehnder specializing in CEO, board, and C-level succession planning and executive coaching. Prior 16-year tenure at Singapore Economic Development Board steering national strategy for health and consumer industries across Asia.

Experienced venture capital and corporate governance leader currently serving as Venture Partner at Granite Asia. Long career at Vertex including roles as General Manager and President of Vertex Management, with board experience across multiple private and formerly public companies.

Managing Director of Enterprise Singapore, overseeing strategies to uplift Singapore companies and facilitate global expansion. Board member of SGInnovate with prior experience as Deputy Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office handling climate change and population policies.

Previously founded Greenpac, a sustainable packaging firm grown to multimillion-dollar scale. Award-winning entrepreneur recognized for circular economy leadership and inclusive enterprise practices.

Career public servant and former Permanent Secretary of multiple Singapore ministries including Manpower, Health, and the National Research Foundation. Currently Chairman of SGInnovate and the Central Provident Fund Board, with extensive experience in developing Singapore's scientific and technology capabilities.
