Ricardo Donoso is an entrepreneur and investor with more than two decades of experience founding and scaling technology companies. He co-founded Frontier Car Group, which reached over $1 billion in annual revenues before its acquisition by Naspers. Donoso currently serves as President of Red Capital, Executive Chairman of Opencasa, and Co-founder and Partner of Manutara Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage technology investments across the Americas, while holding board positions at numerous technology companies globally.

Renzo Giaverini is the owner and general manager of QIN Technology Spa. He holds a degree in commercial engineering and has worked in product development, sales, distribution, and commercial operations across multinational and local companies in competitive markets. His background includes expertise in telecommunications, internet, and wireless technologies, with focus on Latin American markets.

Andres Cargill is founder and CEO of Orión, a digital advisory firm serving over 1,000 organizations across Latin America with offices in Santiago, Lima, and Bogotá. With more than 20 years of experience in digital services and technology, he specializes in cybersecurity risk management, cloud platforms, and digital business models. Cargill serves as an investor and committee member for Manutara Ventures and Scale Capital, and is a director of Corporación G100, an organization supporting entrepreneurship in Chile.
