He has over thirteen years of experience in emerging markets, including roles as a VC investor at Capria Ventures investing across Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia, and as CIO and country and operations manager at Latin American venture firms and companies. His background includes conducting over 300 due diligence processes, participating in more than 70 investments across angel, VC, and fund of funds structures, and raising over $30 million for various initiatives.

Daniel Kranzler is a Senior Partner at 30N Ventures with over four decades of experience in venture capital, angel funding, and private equity, with particular focus on impact investing. He has held executive and board leadership roles in cellular telecommunications and has served as a partner with Capria Ventures and senior advisor to the Romesh Wadhwani Foundation. Kranzler invests his financial returns through the Kirlin Charitable Foundation and Seeds of Compassion, supporting children's initiatives.

Paula Giraldo is a Partner at 30N Ventures, where she focuses on investments in fast-growing economies. She has direct experience structuring equity, quasi-equity, and debt instruments for emerging market entrepreneurs.

She previously led operations at Capitalizarme.com during its expansion into Mexico, managing finance, HR, legal documentation, and team coordination.
