He has owned three companies focused on graphic design and education, and operates a commercial printing company. His work includes developing print and graphics materials, content creation, and building and scaling small businesses.

Eran Gil is the CEO of AllCloud.

Jon Nisenboum is President, North America at AllCloud, where he leads the consulting organization. His responsibilities include sales and delivery, market expansion, and the company's partnerships with AWS and Salesforce.

Peter Nebel works in venture capital at Aroa Venture Partners, focusing on fund administration and compliance for VC and AIF structures. His responsibilities include overseeing fund operations, ensuring SEBI and AIF regulatory compliance, managing investor reporting and regulatory filings, and coordinating with auditors, legal advisors, and external stakeholders. He also works on internal governance and operational processes.

Ronit Rubin is President of EMEA at AllCloud. Prior to 2016, Rubin served as VP of the Business Division at Partner Communications in Israel, and previously held CIO and VP positions in IT organizations. Rubin's experience includes mergers and acquisitions of organizations and processes.

Benjamin Cobb joined Eastside in 2009 and focuses on B2B software, tech-enabled services, and education technology investments. He served as Executive Chairman of Meazure Learning from 2016 to 2020, overseeing its growth from under $5M to over $85M in ARR, multiple financings, and the 2019 acquisition of Yardstick Assessment Strategies. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Georgia.

Jim Messina is President, North America at AllCloud, where he leads the consulting organization across sales and delivery. His responsibilities include market expansion and managing the company's partnerships with AWS and Salesforce.

Jon Hallett is a CEO Partner at Ardent, with roughly 30 years of venture investing experience and prior roles as CEO or Executive Chairman across multiple acquisitions. He co-founded and chairs Gridline, an Ardent portfolio company focused on access to alternative investments, and works with enterprise software founders and operators. He holds a B.S. from Lehigh University.

Joined AAF in 2022 and is responsible for screening and sourcing deal flow, research and due diligence.

Riya Nagpal serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Global Head of Channels and Alliances at AllCloud, reporting to the CEO and overseeing marketing, demand generation, and strategic partner alliances. She built the company's marketing function and established its global alliances organization, incorporating data-driven attribution and MarTech tools including generative AI. Her work includes managing strategic partnerships with AWS, Salesforce, Snowflake, Anthropic, and Datadog.
