He has over 15 years of experience in the corporate development and operation of environmental commodity markets, including emissions, voluntary carbon, renewable energy certificates, DNG, and water. Rockliff is also a lawyer dual-qualified in Australia (NSW) and the UK, with experience in the corporate finance and M&A sectors.

Paul Sestili is Chief Operating Officer at Xpansiv, a marketplace for environmental commodities including renewable energy credits, carbon offsets, and low-impact fuels. He has worked as a technology investor, executive, board member, and operator, and has an engineering background. His stated career focus is applying technology and data to sustainability.
