Cofield Mundi is Chief Operating Officer and partner at Harmonix, providing strategic support to the fund and its 40+ companies. She has over 30 years of experience in operational and business leadership roles across verticals including interior lifestyle brands, import/export, and entertainment, having led teams of up to 45 people. She grew up in South Africa and has lived in Botswana, Kenya, London, and the United States, and is also a recording artist previously signed to Sony and Universal Music.
Maximilian Winter is a fourth-generation entrepreneur from a German family business with over 70 years of history, and has experience running a family enterprise, family office, and philanthropic foundation. At Harmonix, he focuses on investing in scalable scientific breakthroughs, with particular interest in transforming healthcare and advancing human health and infrastructure through technology.
Michael Fenn is Director of External Innovation at Dewpoint Therapeutics and previously served as Director of Healthcare & Life Sciences at Harvard Innovation Labs, where he co-led planning of Life Lab Longwood at Harvard Medical School. He was formerly an Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Director of the Center for Medical Materials & Biophotonics at the Florida Institute of Technology. He holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, an M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering, and a B.S. in Chemistry/Biochemistry, all from the University of Florida, and has cofounded and advised multiple startups.
